Rudeness and incompetant staff inc Managers. Ignored emails, lies, arguing AND NO SLEEP!
NB. I personally emailed the General Manager Andrew Gajary and Front desk Carlos Lopez manager to discuss before posting, but no reply
WOW WHERE DO I START ?!? Let's start with:-
PRO's
1. Rollbed finally supplied at no Extra cost.
2. Prompt room change arranged (but ridiculously early!)
CON's
1. If you want to sleep, stay elsewhere.
An onsite nightclub affects many many rooms with no mention
before or during booking.
2. Many emails unanswered and seemingly ignored.
3. Emails from Emely and Rodney stating the hotel had no rollbed's and actively (and seemingly happily) prompting me to cancel.
4. The majority of my party (4 people) were heavily inconvenienced at check in.
I sent three emails asking for them to have access as I would
arrive late. I checked in online the day before, registered my
credit card with the hotel. Idiotic, bearded desk staff refused
access as they were the named person (I also supplied all
Guests names)
5. I was downgrading rooms as some of my party had left and asked for a smooth swap of rooms.
This was kindly done but Sydney assumed I meant this at 9am
and telephoned me and disturbed us. To make matters worse the
cleaner banged on the door at 10am even though do not disturb
notice was on the door! When I tried to explain my view Sydney
would not accept what I was saying, pulled faces, gave backchat
and argued
6. A band aid was stuck next to swimming pool for two days with no staff taking responsibility when it was flagged up.
7. Two apparent managers - Sydney and Emely argued with me when I let them know I was very unhappy. The latter lying to me - arrogantly saying she had never spoken to me before and that my party werent allowed room access because the room wasn't ready (at 5.30pm). Emely had apparently started shift (rude bearded staff had left & never stated this) and she hadnt even investigated!?
8. Reception don't let you know food deliveries have arrived even when asked to.
9. The pool closes at ridiculously early times.
