We had a transfer from Geneva airport to val thorns and a return journey the driver and coach was great and on time and no messing and took all 20 of us and baggage and ski gear great company would recommend to everyone to use them.

Private transfer
We booked a private transfer to ski resort. Driver was ready and waiting for each journey. Comfortable vehicle for 5 of us and our 4 cases. I am a returning customer and cannot fault the service.

These guys have got this sorted. Really clear communication, well briefed drivers, turned up exactly on time.
We got direct contact details for the drivers shortly before each pick up that allowed us to clarify the fine details of where our (quite hard to find!) airbnb was.

Safety Concerns.
Communication was sound, pick up time was given as 5pm; received at phone call at 16:30 saying that they were waiting outside.
With regret, there were several instances in the course of the journey where the speed limit was exceeded, sometimes significantly so (125km/hour in a 110 km area; 115km.hr in a 100km/hr area - in a van packed with passengers and their luggage. This was safety concern, and felt reckless.
It was unclear why the vehicle was travelling at such speed, when we had left early and there was no traffic.

Ski transfers
I made mistake on original booking times , but after call were able to amend it easily. Driver was not in T2 on arrival but quick call and all sorted, driver waited while lost luggage was sorted. Return leg dual pick up was done promptly abd efficiently.

Well if your flight changes/cancels and…
Well if your flight changes/cancels and your arrival time is different than originally scheduled, good luck rebooking with this company. And even worse they do don’t refund your reservation.
They can’t accommodate you unless you want to wait 4 hours at the airport.
Horrible experience.

We booked online round trip from Geneve airport to Avoriaz.
All the indications received were perfect.
In the return there was a lot of trafic in the way back, but they kept the scheduled.
The drivers were super friendly and helpfull.
We will book again, without a doubt.
