Excellent service from start to finish… very chatty drivers and knowledgable or the area, weather forecast etc.

Had a good transfer. Although it took a little bit longer (+ 1,5 hours) to get to my accomodation because they wait for other planes to arrive.

On the way back, nobody picked me up at the scheduled pick-up time of 05:45 AM. After a few phone calls, a taxi finally arrived at 06:30 AM. It was a bit stressful, but because I could easily reach the office and they kept in good contact while arranging a new taxi, I still rate the service 4 stars.

On the transfer out there was poor visibility that meant our plane was delayed and heavy snowfall which made driving conditions very tricky, which our driver managed to navigate very successfully, however the child seat that we had smelt strongly of sick and there was no way to clean it before having to put our child in it.

Sadly on the way back despite booking with a child seat there was no child seat in the vehicle. That is simply unacceptable. The increased risk and lack of appropriate safety seat for them was appalling. The lack of consideration for this needs to be addressed. If someone has requested a baby seat/child seat then there is an absolute need for one. It's not something you can pick and choose whether you add one in.

Driver was helpful and agreable. The drive was smooth and we were perfectly on time on both rides, to the resort and then back to the airport.

You got me safely to my destination and the mini bus was very smart and clean. Some confusion with the meeting point as the driver turned up with a small phone showing a company name that people didn’t recognise - I did, but only as a result of calling 30 mins prior to ask what I should look out for. Also we sat in van waiting a further 30 mins to leave the airport as waiting for final person to arrive - good for that person, but frustrating for others wanting to leave on time. Otherwise all good.

Great transfer company, we have used them for the last 2 years, just back from Ortisei and service as good and efficient as last year.

I don't often take the time to leave reviews, but after the experience I had today, it felt completely necessary.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Katya and a colleague regarding an urgent customer query, and I genuinely cannot speak highly enough of the support they provided. Their response was swift and efficient, but what really stood out was the genuine care they showed, not just for resolving the issue, but for our mutual customer.

It's rare to come across that level of attentiveness and professionalism, and it made a real difference to our team at what was a stressful moment.
