The product DOES NOT perform as stated on the website or as shown in videos. Furthermore, the company states that it will accept a return within the trial period for a full refund, BUT when an authorization for refund is approved, it indicates that the Item must be free of scratches, cracks, and stains to pass inspection for a refund. It will be the responsibility of the customer to provide prepaid postage to have the item mailed back to them if inspection for a refund is DENIED. So the company encourages you to use the skimmer within the trial period BUT it has to look new to return it.

Doesn’t work correctly I’m returning it and they’re charging me for shipping because it’s not defective even though it doesn’t work in my pool extremely disappointed in this customer service no phone to talk to anybody have to rely only on emails. Do not purchase a product.

Skim a round doesn’t work correctly for my pool; it allows too much air to get sucked in to my filter. I discovered this after 15 days - my pool guy had removed it as a trial period- and the company won’t allow me to return it. Avoid this company , it’s not worth it.

This skimmer does absolutely nothing and trying to get your money back is impossible. Save yourself the headache and pass on this. Also FYI you can't talk to a person no phone number.

If I could give zero stars I would. The basket did not create any velocity in my skimmer, which was fine as they accept returns. However, when I attempted to return it for a refund, the shipping cost was almost as much as the basket itself. The company obviously does not pay for return labels for that reason.I am so disappointed.

Ordered this thing with a 30 day refund trial. Well it basically did absolutely nothing and would not work in my pool or with my dolphin. I submitted for a return and was approved however it’s been a month since I returned it and they will not refund my money.
Save your money and pass on this piece of junk because it literally DOES NOTHING!

Terrible product dose not stay put. When you shut your filter off it comes loss. it has to be messed around with every time you start your filter. PC of junk they would not send e a return label.

with a variable speed pump that most of us have if you run it on low speed this doesn't work. Even on higher speed when working correctly it's not impressive at all. The return policy is shitty.

lightweight, overmarketed junk. total rip off, save your money as it is worthless. mine went in the trash as they only have a short return period during which I did not have the time to try it.

I bought 2 for our pool a month ago and they don’t work worth a damn. The basket separate from the tops and the debris floods into my pump basket. They’re more of a hassle than they’re worth. I tried to return them but, was on day 18 of the limited 15-day return policy so, they told me to pound sand. Absolute junk... I should have read the reviews online before wasting $80.

Wish we could give zero stars. Scam company. "F" rating on BBB. Skimmer basket does not fit all in-ground pools as they claim, and they make you pay return shipping to send it back. Report to your credit card company!

Don't waste $40. It's no different than any skimmer basket.
And horrible customer service. You only have 10 days to receive this and be able to return it. 10 days. I'm on day 14 from.the date i received it and I can't return it.
Ridiculous customer service.

I placed an order thru an Instgram Ad 3 weeks ago. The item still shows pending pickup by UPS. I emailed the company to cancel the order over a week ago (also wrote them a DM thru Instagram) No response from the company whatsoever, even though it shows they've been online recently. No Customer Service Phone Number. (Order 16794801SAR ) Buyer Beware.

Stay away! They don't even care enough to have customer support for their junk! No phone number, no means to resolve any issue except return, which they won't pay for or avoid. Idiots!

This product is TOTAL junk. It separates under the slightest suction allowing the contents of the basket to clog the skimmer return line. The warranty is useless. and customer service keeps sending the same canned response and refuses to stand behind their defective product. DO NOT PURCHASE !!!!!

This company advertises a lifetime warranty but won't honor the warranty even within a year. They charge a premium price for an average product and do not stand behind their warranty promise.

DO NOT buy from this company. They advertise that the skimmer basket "fits all skimmer boxes" - it does not... the basket was too wide for our skimmer and as such would not sit down far enough to be below the waterline.
I emailed them 2 days after it arrived and they sent back saying that return requests had to be sent within 15 days of it being sent (their website says 15 days of being sent or 10 days from receiving). After I emailed back saying that as we are in Australia and it was over the Christmas period, it had only just arrived. They then replied saying that I could send it back at my expense for a refund, but only had 48 hours to do so. I physically could make this deadline. As such we have an item that we cannot use and are out of pocket.
Not only is this false advertising, but they are very rude and make it extremely difficult to deal with them. I would strongly recommend buying from somewhere else.

Junk - Mine broke and the company will not honor thier own warranty. It does nothing for your pool.
