Nurse and doctor were both so lovely and knowledgable and put me at ease for my first time having Botox. They talked me though and ensured I felt comfortable and were so helpful in guiding me through it. I visited Snowberry Lane Melksham clinic today for the first time for a full body mole check. What a lovely clinic. Easy to find, lovely spacious car park. Peaceful and relaxing! Lisa at reception was so friendly and welcoming. Debbie was fab - very knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. She took plenty of time to explain things to me and I left feeling a real peace of mind and know which ones to keep an eye on. I’d definitely recommend Snowberry Lane Melksham clinic to anyone. Thank you!

Dr Tracey was very informative with my treatment, explained my options and wasn't forceful in any way. Nina was also very accommodating as soon as I entered and left the building.

I visited the Brighton clinic to have a full mole check. From the moment I arrived the team (Harriet & Claire) were so friendly and warming. Dr Hosur was very thorough and listened to my concerns. All the team went above and beyond and made me feel at ease. Highly recommend this clinic and would definitely go back.

I had my first laser hair removal session and my practitioner Milisa was great. She walked me through each step during the session and gave good advise for aftercare.

I can't recommend Katrina highly enough. She is friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. From my first appointment, she made me feel comfortable and well informed about the laser treatment process.
Katrina takes a genuine interest in her patients, is always happy to answer questions, and ensures every treatment is carried out with care and attention. Her expertise and reassuring approach have made the whole experience a very positive one.

I've had a fantastic experience with Lindzi at the Exeter clinic. From my consultation to my appointments for facial and full body laser, Lindzi has made me feel completely at ease, informed and confident. She has an incredibly warm and friendly approach, but she is highly professional and knowledgeable. I have seen many specialists over the years for hair removal and I have not met anyone as honest and sincere as Lindzi. During the treatments she is encouraging and patient and makes the experience comfortable and stress free. I cannot recommend her enough and I am excited to continue my hair removal journey with Lindzi.

Over the last couple of years, I have used Skin Chester on a number of occasions. They have successfully removed a mole and also identified one that required medical attention for which I am very grateful. Recently I had a Hydrofacial which I highly recommend and has made visible difference to my skin and had a number of melia removed leaving my face clear. Staff have all been knowledgeable, friendly and very professional.

Lindzi in Exeter was fab, very confident and put you at ease, chatty and personable and definitely loves what she does! she explained everything and i felt very safe in her hands

Booked 3x skin consultations at Harley Street. The 3 of us were seen by 2 different consultants. The first one was seen by a very friendly consultant who advised a hydrafacial prior to our holiday, advising a week before. No paperwork was provided. The other two were seen by a not so friendly, abrupt consultant who also advised hydrafacials and other treatments. Paperwork was provided. Following all 3, we agreed to book in the hydrafacials, giving the date we would be on holiday in a hot country. We were advised that 5 days before the holiday was a good time, so we went ahead and booked for the two of us and the third booked hers for a later date as she would be travelling until later. When the two of us attended our hydrafacial appointments, and mentioned upcoming holiday, we were told that a minimum of 2 weeks before or after a holiday is required. In fact a hydrafacial wasn't advised in the current London heat and its best to wait until late September onwards. So why then were the appointments scheduled?! We had lost income due to cancelling work for the afternoon (self employed) and also the cost of train travel for one of us and petrol and parking for the other. What an absolute shambles of a service!! Otherwise the staf were generally friendly and welcoming, we left deflated and frustrated. A refund for the deposit was advised but not processed. Additionally, talking to different consultants, gives you differing advice - where is the consistency, the protocols, guidelines?? Also our initial appointment was rescheduled SEVEN times including 4x on the day 'due to consultant calling in sick'. The reschedule isn't discussed, its an email informing you 'thank you for rescheduling your appointment'. When we were booking the hydrafacial appointments and couldn't get times together, they simply shifted another client over. On the day of this appointment, they rescheduled FOUR times, again saying consultant called in sick. This only stopped once i called in to say no more changes as its affecting our time out of work. We were then told, they'd put a note not to shift us again. Then we had our scheduled appointments - seen a few mins late whcih is minor, but then all the above happened. I had really high hopes for Sk:n, especially Harley Street.

My appointment was made by Katrina for a mole check. They currently have a brilliant offer on mole checks, and I left feeling reassured.
Katrina is polite, helpful and informative.
The clinic location is brilliant as it is just off the main street therefore private and welcoming.
