Hard place to stay motivated
The workplace felt controlled right away, even on small tasks that did not need that level of oversight. Environment is very tense. Meetings turned into people pointing fingers instead of actually fixing problems. That kind of attitude just carried into daily work and made things harder than they needed to be. You'll feel drained before your shift even ended.
Pay never moved no matter how long you stayed or how much effort you put in. There was no sense that hard work led to anything better. What was explained during hiring did not match what the job actually looked like. HR made it sound better than what people really experienced once they were inside. No real growth or no progress to look forward to. You were stuck in the same place.
Teams did not communicate well at all and that showed in the work every day. Information would be missing or wrong, and it kept causing the same mistakes. Paperwork was not reliable and people had to fix it just to move forward. Instead of improving, the same issues kept repeating.
A lot of people left and new ones kept coming in to replace them. That kind of turnover said everything about the environment. I stayed long enough to see the pattern clearly. In the end, there was nothing that made it worth staying.
