I received an email that said my order was delivered but it was not. I tried to work with this company they ignore you and they try to keep your money. The best thing to do is get your money back through your bank and never order through them again. They do not care about their customers if something is misdelivered you are out of luck. Report them to the Better Business Bureau and get your money back from the bank because essentially what they do is fraud they take your money and don't respond to issues and don't deliver the product it's a scam.

As of today I sent you seven emails requesting that you change my shipping address, and I have called your office multiple times. Here are the details or a copy of the 📧 email I sent you on May 9, 2026.

The email reads: "Dear SleekShop Customer Service, I am writing to inform you that when I placed my order on Friday, May 8, 2026, at approximately 2:55pm, EST, the auto-filled feature on my phone entered the incorrect billing and shipping address.

I immediately recognized the issue and called your office at 3:04pm EST. I spoke to a representative, provided the correct address, and was assured I would receive a new confirmation email in one hour.

As of 5:56pm EST (on May 8th), I had not received the updated confirmation. I attempted to call your office multiple times (at 5:56pm, 6:04pm, 6:25pm, and 6:46pm), but I was disconnected by your answering service each time while waiting in the queue.

As of this afternoon, Saturday, May 9th, I have not received confirmation that my request has been processed. Please confirm immediately that the address below has been updated to prevent shipping and billing errors: [Part of ADDRESS is Redacted, Bowie MD, 20715]."

Please know that since the May 9th email I sent, I sent you six more emails and received only automated responses and not a personal email that addressed the shipping address error. Because of your lack of response, I contacted UPS who canceled the shipping label you created on May 9th and UPS left you a note in their system for you to change my shipping address to [part of address is Redacted....Bowie, MD 20715]. On May 11th, y ou did not correct the shipping address. You sent the package to Atlanta GA instead of Bowie MD. I contacted UPS again yesterday, May 14, 2026. As of this morning UPS is sending the package 📦 back to you, and the package will arrive at your facility by May 18th.

You need to create a new label, a new tracking number and send me CONFIRMATION that the address has been corrected. Please look at all the emails I sent you with the correct address and please handle this important issue by May 25th. Thank you.

In closing, your current customer care and service arrangement is stressful and has been very unkind to me. Did you know that I called 8+ times and each time I couldn't get through to customer service?
