We have had the most incredible service and experience with this company. I initially emailed with some questions before ordering and got a super fast response from Amanda, with some helpful suggestions on how I might organise the internals (which immediately gave me some confidence) and I submitted the order.

The email correspondence was great, with good communication from the delivery companies too - who were friendly and helpful on arrival.

The frame and doors are now fitted and look great, however I cut the T-track 9mm too short. Although I could probably live with it, it would annoy me and I’d notice it every day.

I contacted them again, to purchase another track and was amazed that Amanda gave me the opportunity to purchase the new track a cost price, as a gesture of good will. The cut I made in the T-Track was entirely my fault (and it didn’t cross my mind that I’d pay anything but the retail price), but once again the company has shown themselves to put the customer and their experience first!

There are few incredible companies now-a-days and expectations are often low, but I believe you will not regret having dealings with this one!

Bought 4 door mirror kit, was kept informed about delivery.

Initially, the planning and installation was superb but the problem starts with aftersales. 18 months after installation, the doors began 'ghosting' i.e. opening on their own. In spite of numerous emails which included videos of the issue, and phone calls which, in spite of being assured that my call was important and that someone would call back, I am still waiting. This is not good enough.

Super quick delivery, was contacted a week before to confirm delivery date, drivers spot on and doors delivered perfect condition, installed in no time, really good quality. Will recommend and 100% buy again from them with confidence!

The ordering process works well with a good explanation of the measurements required. Communication about the order being ready and delivery arrangements, which were very clear, came through after a couple of weeks as expected. Delivery driver made contact the evening before and specified time slot. Delivery on the day went smoothly with mirrored doors in good condition.

Contacted them for advise on a built in wardrobe design including doors. They were so helpful with ideas and how to make the best of my space. Nothing rushed and nothing pressured for a sale. Giving the best budget ideas for my space. They sent samples for wardrobe door colours and went through the different door styles. I opted for Cashmere standard fit doors. Communication was excellent via email and when calling the team. Pre delivery instructions were excellent and the delivery was without issue. The quality and colour of the doors and track are fabulous. Highly recommend the company and will definitely be using them again without reservation. From start to finish the advise, support, care and quality has been fantastic. So thankful to the team who seem to offer the help post purchase as well as they do pre sale. Well done.
