As I said I will update when I receive my parcel. Well I can say that delivery took a bit longer than I expected however, the quality of the product is very good, I would like to get 10 more but sadly I can’t afford them at this price therefore I will look around for some cheaper imitations. Overall Slip not have been ok definitely worth 4 stars.

This us an update to my previous 3star review.
initial contact was good.
I did then have various issues with some damaged products and incorrect information re fitting. which meant i was short of enough edge pieces.
However emailing Anna at customer service has resolved these problems with replacement and additional products sent.
She has communicated well to resolve everything.

Unbelieveably quick and helpful responses. Only issue is finding what you want on their website,,,,,,

The initial response is good, questions answered and delivery quickly.
From then on it has been difficult. A replace damaged tile awaited, promised free extra ramped edges did not come. The number of corners, confirmed by slip not was incorrect, they only allow square shapes.
Requesting extra corners by email , what's app and telephone, all not answered.
Beginning to regret order.
