I used Smart Auto Move to transport my Toyota Sienna from NY to Florida and I had a great experience. They made the process super easy for me. I dont remember the representatives name but he was very informative. The delivery was smooth. This is the first time ive ever needed to transpot my car and it was great.

Great service. professionally, dropped my car off within the agreed-upon window for delivery, as they don't guarantee a specific day for pick up or delivery, but a two-day window. The driver was polite and communicative. I highly recommend.

In March, I sent out two cars for shipping but later discovered I lost my sunglasses. I reached out via email, but received no response. Seems like they're running a dodgy operation if they can't even address a lost item. At least a response to a customer concern would have been nice these guys don’t care about customers. Not worth shipping your cars

I have one star because the app makes you. I would rate them zero stars. Do not use smart auto move to transport your car. My car was dropped by the car hauler and significantly damaged. Smart auto used a sub contractor who was incompetent and uninsured. As the broker owness should be on them to verify insurance not the customer. When the car was damaged the car hauler walked away with no $$ and smart auto refused to call me back and address the situation or accept any accountability. Again leaving the customer with costly repairs. Run away from this auto broker transporter!!!

They were 3 days late picking up the car. No communication on their part to let me know when to expect the car. I had to call them. When I did call finally 11 days past the day when the car was picked up, they said I should expect a call that evening. I didn't hear from anyone until the next day. When this guy calls he wants to know if he can drop off the car at 10:30 pm - 11 pm. I told him no, so then he asked if 9 am would work and it did not so he asked if he could be here at 8 am. I agreed and he's a no show!

Smart Auto Move auto transport did an outstanding job of transporting my car from Chicago to Los Angeles. I was first attracted to other companies I found online because of cheaper quotes, but after doing a bit of research learned that these other companies had horrible reviews on the Better Business Bureau website, which is where I found Smart Auto Move who had great reviews with the BBB.
