The space was nice, clean, temperature controlled, and easily accessible.
Staff on duty was available immediately to help and to answer questions.

Definitely a 5 star rating. I was unable to talk when i needed to rent a unit and they were able to chat online in order to take care of rental contract .

I been customer for self storage LA they excellent business company . Iam satisfied cause they treat customers with respect they well train and the job is well done never had a problem for last over ,5 yrs or more can't remember exactly but as customer I recommend to all who need a good safe place secure to put their belongings for storage the prices are good 👍 I wish the happy holidays and wonderful Christmas 🎄 2021 with families God bless

Best Storage in Downtown Los Angeles !!
I have been a tenant for over two years and I have had a wonderful experience. Staff is very professional. The building is very clean, quiet, and well maintained. It is centrally located and right off the freeway. There is plenty of parking and walking distance to the metro train and buses. Thank You Los Angeles Self Storage and keep up the good work !! :0) I highly recommend this storage.

The perfect place for storage
The place is very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. I would fully recommend this place as it was a life saver for me. The prices are very reasonable and the place is secured with a code to get in and out. They have been a life saver for me because everything was piling up in my studio. Thank you again to the staff.

Everyone is super friendly and helpful. They even gave me advance notice on a bigger space becoming available. All prices are totally reasonable and the location/hours are great.

I felt it was easy to rent here
I felt it was easy to rent here. It’s clean. Secure. The staff are really reliable too. Mike even held a unit for me since it was late in the day and I did not want to pay for a day I couldn’t move in. Lily is very helpful too. It’s really secure. You cannot access any floor but your own floor with the elevator code. There ARE RESTROOMS on the premises too so you can get your job done without leaving.
