Super speedy service, collected and delivered back with no fuss

My coffee machine stopped working so I did the online repair form and just over one day later it was collected by DHL . Three working days later Dan contacted me saying it was fixed and next day it’s on its way back to me. Excellent expedited service. Thank you Dan.

Having purchased a Smeg white induction hob I needed reassurance that I understood the wiring code correctly. Dan Moorcroft was excellent in Technical Support, his emails were prompt and concise and set my mind at rest that I knew what I was doing was correct. Matt in Customer support was equally efficient by emailing me a full user manual on request. Thanks to both.

Excellent service for the repair of my grain to cup Smeg coffee machine. I returned it on 17 Dec. and it was ready for delivery 5 days later. I must say that Dan was very helpful and I’m really impressed.

Everyone I was in contact with was very friendly, ready with advice and generally helpful. My coffee machine was repaired and came back beautifully packed. The service is obviously geared to “the trade” but I was dealt with very well and made to feel valued. Top notch.

The actual repair of my bcc02 coffee machine was undertaken swiftly and efficiently and I was provided with updates. The DHL pickup and delivery was also trouble-free. The reason I have given 4 stars is that the only way you can file an issue is via an online form. I would prefer to have the option of speaking to someone who can then get the wheels in motion. The repair itself is perfect, the machine works like new. It’s just a shame it went so spectacularly wrong after only 6 months of careful use.

The Smeg team made the process so easy- even providing me with all the materials I needed to deliver them the package. The flexibility and speed with which they reply has been exemplary. Dan even reached out to me on a Friday afternoon to ensure I could book in the earliest possible time for it to be returned to me.

Once I found out our coffee machine was under warranty, getting it repaired and sent back has been a very easy exercise. It was picked up by DPD, Smeg contacted me a few days later to say it was repaired and then a couple of days after that it was back.

Dan kept me informed throughout.
