My key doesn't work because they re-sold it 16 times.

Not too honest guys.

I ordered product key cards for Microsoft office professional plus 2013. One day I was trying to open an excel document and I was prompted to activate software over the internet, which failed. I tried again over the phone with no success. Upon contacting Microsoft I learned that this key is one that is issued to special organizations at a reduced price, and not for resale. This key is one that is used by schools or government agency. So now my key is banned for pirating reasons and my only option is to contact snaggstuff and get a return or replacement. So I contacted snaggstuff and let them know what my issue was. They completely deny selling me a key that is meant for a special organization and told me that Microsoft outsources there support and that the information they told me was wrong. So again I contacted Microsoft and asked to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor told me the same information, that this key is not meant for home or office use, it is meant for organizations who have some special plan with Microsoft. Again I contact snaggstuff and they deny the allogations but agree to replace my product, great! One catch, they will not replace it with office professional plus, they will only replace it with a lesser version... This place is a complete scam, selling product keys that are not legit. Microsoft knows what they are doing and has a few cases already documented about this company. Avoid like the plague!

I purchased, what i thought to be a new copy, of windows 7 pro. When the disk showed up at my office this was not a copy of windows 7 but a REBOOT disk for windows 7 for Dell PC. And the SN sticker looked like they pealed it off of a PC. Needless to say the disk didn't work and i had to complain. When asking for a refund i was told that the problem must be my fault. and they are a licensed Microsoft retailer (they are not). So i had to claim the purchase on my AMEX to get my money back, Snaggstuff would not refund my money. IF you buy software from them i would be very concerned

I purchased the download code for Vipre lifetime antivirus. Snaggstuff.com had the cheapest price for the item and actually the only company I found selling the lifetime version. I received the code in an email in about 2 days. The instructions were a bit lax though, so I asked for some assistance with the code and promptly received a reply. The only bad part was two months after I put in the code it said my trail version expired. I tried emailing and messaging them from their site with no reply. When I reviewed them though they did finally assist me and I got the code that Vipre confirmed was lifetime. So overall I would say they got some improvements to make on their electronic customer service, but when you get a hold of them they are more then willing to fix the issue. Thanks Snaggstuff.com!

Bought something I was lead to believe was a docking station. Ended up receiving a simple connector. Now they're using the fact that they shipped a box to avoid giving me back my money even if I sent back the "connector". Wrong way of doing business, avoid them. Plenty other stores to buy from.

Pros - I am a frequent buyer at this site and find stuff cheaper most of the time with better customer service.

Never faced any delays in shipments or received defective orders. Packaging also decent.

I was a little scared at how low these guys pricing was. To my surprise, the item shipped the same day, got me to in 2 days, and was exactly what I ordered. Will do business again.

I bought several software CDs for my business and Prices are excellent and received most of my orders with in 3 days(excellent service).

But I wish they sell more products not only Software with these kind of deals.

I bought a monitor from snaggstuff. When it arrived fedex had smashed it. I called snaggstuff and to my surprise they said no problem and paid for it to be shipped back to them, and then shipped me a new one. It took less than a week to get the replacement. Now that's amazing service. Will tell anyone looking for a tech deal about them.

I bought an OEM version of Windows 7 Ultimate... happened to be Dell version which was no big deal since i was to reinstall on an older Dell computer that i had replaced the motherboard on. The new motherboard was not a Dell motherboard, so no Dell BIOS... no Dell Service Tag number.

I installed and it ran fine for 8 months or so... first part of July after the monthly updates from microsoft i got the warning to activate windows (which i had done upon the first install)...now it says that i have an invalid product key and no way to resolve... i contacted microsoft by phone to get a confirmation key to input and they referred me to Dell based on the installation ID... they refused to help me at all..so...i am out the 90 bucks it cost me :(

Prices before the store changed was sooo much better

Ordered a gorgeous Rotary watch from SnaggStuff last year. It was the lowest price I had ever seen on that model (I am a watch collector).

After a month or so I noticed the watch was struggling to keep time and had to be wound often--the rotor for the automatic movement didn't appear to be working. So I contacted the manufacturer, and they wanted me to ship the watch to England for service. Of course, that would have cost almost as much as the watch itself!

So I emailed Snagg Stuff and they said I must have gotten a defective watch and that they would be happy to replace it at no charge!!!!! You can imagine my surprise--considering I had already had the watch for a month or longer! SnaggStuff shipped me a new watch in a week or so and that was that!

I have now had the replacement watch for close to a year, and it works perfectly.

Thank you so much to SnaggStuff for the great service! I will be watching every day for those specials! Please don't forget us watch collectors when you are creating those new deals!

Every product I have purchased from these guys over the years has been exactly was described. They are very helpful and the great prices is of course a wonderful thing. I will continue to use Snaggstuff.com for years to come.

Ok so I am certainly not a fanboy for SnaggStuff. In fact I really haven't got much to say that positive but not too much that would be considered negative.

However the prices are not all that great and the items lack a certain amount of creativity in their choices of what to offer.

They had severe shipping issues early on and I have been leery of ordering anything from them since. The Mystery Box or whatever they are calling it now were a complete at the time.

That being said, I still check out the site on a near daily basis and if something solid ever came up on sale, I might delve further into others experiences with shipping and such and give em another try.

They have a variety of interesting and different products at very reasonable prices. I like that they have a daily deal also.

Order process was painless, merchandise arrived when promised, merchandise was as advertised, and they kept me informed. No problems at all!

Was a little suspicious of the low prices but my item shipped fast and arrived in perfect condition. Will do business again.
