This company keeps changing its name. Somehow got my review removed due to their name change but same company- Formerly known as SNEAKERS DOT LONDON.
This is a counterfeit goods seller in Vietnam. The google page is a scam I tried to have it removed but Google are not responsive. After receiving the goods I did a check and they were indeed counterfeit. Luckily Paypal refunded me and I sent the items back. Although the seller afterwards was harassing me with threatening messages because they have not received the parcel back (It was stopped by customs for being counterfeit) Do not deal with these. Google must remove this listing

Appalling company/scammers! unable to return the apparent fake trainers as the so called customer service have been messing me about for weeks. No answer when I call and now no response from emails. I now have a pair of fake trainers that cost me over £170. I will be reporting this company. Please avoid at all costs! It amazes me that these crooks are allowed to trade and basically rob people for shitty fake goods! Would not even give them 1 star. Shocking

I returned trainers and wanted a fefund this was 3 week ago and still havent recived a refund they wont reply to emails and dont answer phone .i managed to get through today and when i said refund they put the phone down and now wont answer
Please do not order from them they are a scam

Do not order any shoes/trainers from these crooks.i emailed before I bought to ask for there authenticity to which they replied and sai I can purchase with confidence(I can show the email)they took months to arrive and when they did there were fake.
Protect yourselves and stay away for this alleged company

I wouldn't even give one star if I could, shocking 2 and a half weeks to be delivered, fake trainers and then when asked to return they wouldn't issue returns label,I've reported them,people DONOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!

FAKE TRAINERS I bought a pair of Nike 95s in April worn them a handful of times and today noticed they are fake and are falling apart please avoid !!

I ordered some trainers over a month ago and they still haven’t been delivered and have now stopped getting any replies from them. I would think twice before ordering from this website

I would like to say for the people that order and didn't get there trainers .. jus because u didn't get urs .. don't start putting there products down cause that's jus so dumb . . There's no such thing as fake shoes I don't care what any1 says

Terrible customer service, ordered trainers at the start of may they have been returned and checked over, was told the refund was processdd of the 18th of June, it's now the 24th of june still no refund, emails calls and text messages all getting ignored

7th july still getting ignored and still no refund

So many red flags. Sadly, I didn't look into the site before ordering. The nikes came from Vietnam, clearly fake and poorly constructed. I sent them back and waited for my refund. After I chased up my refund I got an email telling me they had been worn (they hadn't) and they were going deduct £20 from my refund. I had taken a video of me returning the trainers to the box, I sent this and asked them for proof that they had been worn. It's been a week and I've heard nothing and no refund. DON'T ORDER FROM HERE.

I bought trainers for my husband they were fake, they came and there were Nike socks which we didnt order and the tick of the Nike logo was upside down. The trainers were so fake. I bought them because they were out of stock, the owner did a returns label and i sent them back basically he still has not refunded me. I have taken it up with paypal they have told me to contact Action fraud.

Sadly the trainers I ordered were out of stock, in America too, however, my money was refunded quickly so would use in the future.

I would like to advise everyone to avoid this website.
I have bought a pair of trainers last month and it says on the website that delivery should take 3/5 days , unfortunately I have received the item after 3 weeks and it’s clearly they have ordered them from china that’s why it took so long , the trainers are definitely fake and after saying that they said we couldn’t find them in our depot that’s why it took us so long to post them !!! Does it take you 3 weeks to find a pair of trainers in ur stock ?!!!

AVOID, shocking company, said they was genuine trainers ( this has since been removed). They are bad copies being sold for retail. They talk a good game and say refunds are easy but i for a refund said it could take 30 days to generate a return label? Then just stopped replying

Do not buy from these scammers! They are 100% FAKE trainers and they will try there best not to give your money back! I brought some trainers before reading reviews like an idiot. They were saying to close the dispute on PayPal and they will give my money back which I obviously didn't do because I'd loose my buyers protection and they knew that. In the end paypal refunded me but don't buy from these what ever you do, they will scam you. You either get fake trainers for stupid prices or they try to take your money!
