The 4 star is mostly for the customer service (Christian) not the product that I had purchased. The new hose that I received sprung a leak within one week, however, the warranty was honoured and a replacement hose sent out. It seems they may be aware of the issues with the model I had as it was replaced with a different one.

The individual that I dealt with was excellent and provided excellent customer service and sent me a replacement unit under warranty. Very pleased with the service.

not at all tech savvy..... the customer service agent Christian Culaba took ample human time to help me so that I could help him resolve my problem. I submitted a warranty request over two months ago. I decided to just call and speak with a representative. I was told the wait time would be 10 minutes. I was disappointed that after holding for 20 minutes, I was told to call back and I was disconnected. I called back and opted to receive a call back. I received a call back from your representative. It took him 12 minutes to resolve my issue with my warranty. Your representative was awesome!!!

Your customer service assistance via email SUCKS!!!! Worst customer service ever. This is the second time using my warranty on your product. You could resolve all of this if you simply offer a replacement hose. Instead of sending a complete replacement unit.

We needed to order a replacement battery and charger. The customer service representative was extremely helpful in ordering a warranty replacement battery. He was very professional and was great to work with. Thank you!

The agent was a big help to get my bike up and running to have a nice Saturday afternoon ride . The problem was the bike stop all of a sudden and my wife fell off . The wire disconnected inside the handle due to the fact there is no locking clip . So I fixed and taped the connection

The first review I wrote was positive following contact with a customer service rep. After providing the requested information and a picture of the faulty pressure washer hose, I've received no communication from Sun Joe. Very disappointed.

The customer service here is truly some of the best I’ve ever seen. They are responsive, courteous, helpful, and understanding. I’d recommend their products to others based on my experiences.

Well, firstly, you don't have a Canadian distributor. No that's not normally a big problem but in this case, it means that you cannot ship your special extension cord into Canada. It means that we have to look around for a female two prong to a male three prong and they are not that common. It took a long time to get through to you on the phone and then long pauses to get answers.

Called Aqua Joe customer service on a warranty issue for a 50’ water hose. The agent “Michael” verified my previous purchase & immediately told me a newer hose replacement would be sent out to me since it was still under warranty.

This is the 2nd time where I had a problem with SUNJOE device and I find them trustworthy of their warranty policy to replace the product. My agent Patty was very professional and helpful in completing my complaint and she made sure we finished the claim the same day.

Today was a much better experience than the first time I tried to contact ShopJoe. Christian called me back in a very reasonable time (first experience was on hold for an hour and then automatically disconnected) today after asking for a callback... I'd recommend doing that.
Christian was knowledgeable, asked good questions and only spent a couple of minute with me being on hold. He got the info I requested and assured me that if I had another question or issue, just get back in touch with them.
My opinion, customer service, great customer service, needs to be in place or the business will not survive.
So Christian saved our faith in ShopJoe. He and his team should be rewarded.

I needed a piece that broke on my shop blower, I was just looking to get it replaced, and Joanna with customer service couldn’t find a part so she got me a warrantee replacement. The entire process was easy and fast (15 mins). Agree was great

This is the second son Joe pressure washer we have had and we love them. Customer service is excellent. Our first one was 4 years old and did not have any issues, but I ran over the hose connection with my car so we ordered the 2nd one. Highly recommend this product, it works exactly like they say it will.

The dethatcher/scarifier I ordered arrived with a critical part missing, making the dethatcher unusable. They wouldn't refund my money, and can't send another one because they are on back order.

I purchased a 50' AquaJoe Flexible garden hose with a 3 year extended warranty. It developed a leak at the seam. In April I called customer service and was not successful in getting it replaced. Today August 21st 2026 I tried again and was successful thanks to Christian my customer service representative. He handled the issue after asking some questions, and sent email confirmation a replacement was being sent. I now own 4 Aqua Joe garden hoses, 3 Aqua Joe sprinklers, and 1 Sun Joe pressure washer. I'm old school and not the best at electronics so sending receipts is difficult for me to do. In April I provided the company, date, of my purchase. Maybe something can be done for folks like me who don't understand how to electronically attach or send a receipt. Since I had a extended warranty Shop Joe already had the serial number. That in my opinion should have been sufficient for a replacement to be sent. Thankfully I got Christmas my CSR and he took ownership of the problem and mitigated by warranty Replacement.

Representative was very knowledgable and helped me with my issue. Love their lawnmower and soon I will be ordering their power washer.
