As a Mother of the Bride, I cannot recommend Sofi Designs Bridal highly enough. From the moment we arrived, Fatma made us feel so welcome and completely at ease. Her customer service is outstanding, and her knowledge and experience are second to none.

The variety and volume of choice is incredible, with leading Mother of the Bride designers and so many beautiful styles and colours to choose from. Fatma took one look at me and immediately knew that fitted dresses would suit me best – her eye for what works is amazing. She also selected several hat options for me and had shoes available to try with the dresses, which really helped bring everything together.

At no point did I feel rushed or pressured. Fatma was kind, gracious, patient and genuinely invested in helping me find the perfect outfit. The whole experience felt special, enjoyable and stress-free. So many stunning dresses, I decided to buy one for the day time and one for the evening and a hat! My daughter and I had a wonderful experience.

I used Sofi designs for the second time as Mother of the bride. Shani immediately knew my style and quickly picked out dresses to suit. Once again I settled for Veni Infantino…pricey but a quality garment and a complete joy to wear

Beware misleading sales practices!
I recently bought a hat from this shop but when I got it home it looked a very different colour so I asked to return it. I was told they don't do exchanges or refunds and when I said I wasn't made aware of this, they said 'well you signed the form'.
The form was one that Fatma gave me when I was paying 'so that they had my details for their records'. It was a 'Special Order Form' but as it was just for their records I didn't worry. I filled in my details and gave it back, Fatma then ticked a box and gave it back to me to sign. It turns out the box she ticked declared I had read the terms and conditions on the reverse - which she knew I hadn't - and my signature gave up any right to exchange or refund my purchase.
I have since read the back of the form and found the clause hidden under 'Prices' and as it all refers to special orders I suspect I wouldn't have noticed it even if I had read it.
Trading Standards are looking into this misleading sales technique so I hope they ensure the staff are not allowed to take advantage of anyone else.
