The support was really kind and helpful, especially as I had a duplicate key for windows 10 at first, I wasn't expecting it to work but it did, Thanks!

I have already purchased a Microsoft Office License from them and it worked like a charm. I'm considering now to update my Windows, so will take a look with them

Initially, I had thought I would regret buying a key from here... But I couldn't have been more wrong.

I bought my Windows 10 Pro key a good few months before I had built my computer, and when I went to install Windows everything ran smoothly.
I was able to activate Windows perfectly, but two days later I received a notification from my computer saying my Windows wasn't activated.

'Strange', I thought. I contacted Microsoft about the problem and they informed me that the key I had used was sent back to Microsoft.

So then I contacted the seller, these guys. They assured me this was the first time they've had this problem. After sending over a screenshot of my error and the key I was using, they were quick to supply me with a new key. They had me back up and running fine with very little hassle.

I'm very happy to have worked with Software Bear and I have to say that their customer service is brilliant.

Thanks guys!

I deal with software and operating systems a fail bit and was pleasantly surprised by the professional attitude of this company. My query was answered quickly and the solution offered, enabling my customer to receive the service that they were expecting from me!

Could not fault the service provided. It was not only fast delivery but when I received my key they were extremely helpful in giving me a step by step guide.

Recommend 10/10

Prompt, efficient and friendly service. Have used this provider more than once and would happily do so in future.

Received my order very quickly. The product worked initially, I then had some issues with Microsoft, but SoftwareBear were very quick with their response and sorted all my problems within 12 hours. Will 100% be using again and would recommend!

Very happy with my product. Good friendly service isnt easy to come by! As Arnie once said....... ill be back.

Highly recommended software provider! I came across them initially on Amazon and although I was a bit sceptical in the first place, the customer experience turned out to be excellent. I bought a license for windows 7 pro and although the first key provided couldn't be verified by MS, Harry readily provided me with a fresh one which worked out very well. The service was very personalized, you really cannot ask for more from a software provider! I will come back anytime I need some new piece of software.

I can only recommend this service. Everything went smoothly. Great customer service. For me 5*

I have known about this company in Amazon and my personal experience with them has been very positive.
My order arrived perfectly and in less time than expected.

Venditore serio, velice nelle risposte e disponibile. Lo consiglio nel modo più assoluto

Great company! Excellent customer service and just generally smooth sailing. Would highly recommend.

Compre una clave de windows 10 pro y me funcionó pero tuvo que ser a través de atención telefónica. Les escribí y me explicaron el proceso y que eso podría ocurrir.
En principio tienen muy bien servicio.
