Craig provided a gas safety certificate for my property as well as carrying out other miscellaneous tasks at the same time. I was very happy with his prompt response, reliability and attention to detail in providing all the paperwork. I would definitely use Craig again.

I had an error code on my boiler that was affecting my heating and hot water. I called sokaiya and they knew my exact problem from the error code message and what it would take to fix the issue which was great to hear. They managed to fit me in that evening to come and fit the parts required and showed up on the agreed time. They fitted the parts without any issues, cleaned up after themselves and were very reasonably priced. Overall I had a great experience with sokaiya and would highly recommend them!

“Nightmare” is not enough to describe this experience, I would say Craig Stevenson and his company Sokaiya Energy & Safety Advisors are a disaster to me. Craig Stevenson is a friend of my friend Thomas and his wife Lesley so I used him, but sorry to Thomas and Lesley that I still need to write a honest review because I don’t want to see any more victims.

I would come up with the conclusion, followed by the whole story.

Conclusion:
- Poor Workmanship: Craig Stevenson didn’t fix my boiler’s water leaking issue. Instead, water is leaking even it is not in use now. And the lid cannot be fully covered now.
- Irresponsible: Craig Stevenson took £110 from me but he didn’t fix the water leaking. He said he would fix it but that’s just a lie. Then he even ignored all my calls and messages.
- Untrustworthy: Craig Stevenson said he needed to buy a part and promised to come back in 2 hours, but in the end I waited in the cold for 7 hours. He took another job in the middle without giving me any notice.
- Cruel: It was a cold winter with temperature -7°C. I begged him to take a look on my boiler because I was almost cold to death. But he just ignored.

14 Dec 2022 - Craig Stevenson said he had fixed the water leaking problem and took me £110.
He let me wait in the cold for 7 hours because he took another job in the middle, without giving me any notice.
That night I discovered that the water leaking wasn’t fixed, and the lid could not cover tight. He said he would come again on 15 Dec 2022.

15 Dec 2022 - Craig Stevenson said he would come and fix the boiler, but he didn’t show up. He ignored all my calls and messages since this day.

17 Dec 2022 - Craig Stevenson said to Thomas he had not forgotten me and would come to fix his mess earlier next week. But that’s a lie. I waited for the whole week but he didn’t show up. He ignored all my calls and messages.

23 Dec2022 - I was almost frozen to die, I text him if he could take a look on by boiler, I saw him reading my messages, but he did not give me any replies.

27 Dec 2022 - Thomas said Craig Stevenson would be back to work in January.

10 Jan 2023 - I text Craig Stevenson in both whatsapp and facebook if he would come to finish his unfinished work. He ignored all my messages.

Excellent customer service. Boiler broke down and within 24 hours we had a new boiler fitted within our property! Very efficient, tidy and friendly! Would highly recommend this company for any gas/heating work required!
