Solihull Carpets Bewertungen

We recently used Solihull Carpets for both our bathroom floor and carpets. The bathroom floor service and fitting was professional and high quality however the carpet fitting and service after was below our expectations. The team did not check about door bars so by the time we requested a specific door bar it missed the order so we currently are without. After the carpet was fitted we were unhappy with the finishing at the bottom of the stairs, when we mentioned this we were told it was finished how we had requested despite there being no recollection of this request as we actually got a quote from another supplier requesting to remove the skirting.
After chasing the issue multiple times, we were told our issue 'isn’t important or in their priorities' and we'd be contacted after the Christmas break, we are still waiting from the 1st December and have now given up following up. Disappointed with the lack of follow up despite the good work on the bathroom floor

Really good experience from the helpful staff in the showroom, the preparation and fitting of flooring and also the carpet fitters. All excellent.

The staff in the shop were very helpful and knowledgeable. The service we have received throughout has been first class. The carpet we chose is fabulous, and was expertly fitted. We will be using them again. We had a disastrous experience with Kidderminster carpets, so were a bit worried to try somewhere new to us. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Excellent service from the quote to the fitting of the carpet .We are very pleased with the quality of the carpet .I would not hesitate to recommend this company if are looking for any flooring .From a person who was in the trade 25 years ago

This company is outstanding. So helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are competitive and the staff are so helpful and friendly.

Professional service from everyone at Solihull carpets from start to finish. My new carpets look lovely, thank you. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service from Lisa who dealt with all of our changes, problems and numerous questions with patience and a smile! Wes did a fantastic job with our flooring and we couldn’t be happier! Solihull Carpets it’s been an absolute pleasure and we’ll be in contact after Christmas for our kitchen!

What a pleasure to find a business who actually care for their customers. Two other prominent local companies we approached were off-hand or unresponsive when they learned we only wanted a small shower room fitted out. On first contacting Solihull Carpets they were helpful and informative, and kept their promise on pricing. At every stage, communications were prompt and straightforward, and queries were quickly dealt with. We're very pleased with the floor and can highly recommend Solihull Carpets. We certainly will be in touch for our next job.

We had a great experience from start to finish with Solihull Carpets. We don’t know much about carpet types but the staff were so helpful and gave excellent advice for our needs. We brought several samples home then followed up with a second visit to the shop. There was no hard sell, just helpful friendly advice. Measurer came a couple of days after and the carpet was fitted days later. Measurer and fitters so friendly and professional. I can’t recall individual names but all staff we had contact with were fab! Would highly recommend.

Dan really helpful in the shop and fitters was really good too going to use for the rest of the house

No pushy sales tactics in fact quite the opposite after a few questions we were steered away from the expensive carpet we were looking at and given advice on a far cheaper one which was still excellent quality and more suitable for the area we wanted to cover.
We were kept informed at every stage, the fitter did his best to fit in with our schedule and called us an hour before arrival.
The fitter respected our property and did an excellent job including vacuuming and removing all small offcuts and rubbish.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Solihull Carpets and will definitely be calling on them again.
Friendly helpful advice from start to finish.

Excellent service Thankyou to Dan in the showroom for being very helpful with samples , Wes coming to measure up and to Simon & Max for fitting our carpet in the lounge , hall, stairs & Landing. Very happy with the whole experience from start to finish would highly recommend these guys!

Very efficient and effective service with excellent quality flooring.

The whole experience from visiting the shop to the guy coming to measure and the chap fitting the carpet was wonderful, they were very understanding and helpful while I had to wait for the room to be decorated, I will definitely use them again in the future 😀

It’s just been a fantastic experience from start to finish. The team in the showroom have been great. They helped us to pick the right carpet. The fitters have done a wonderful job and Richard has been fantastic to deal with. Really pleased.

Great customer service all round from start to finish. Very helpful and friendly staff. Will definitely use them again. Quick and efficient service.

Really great experience from Studley showroom, with a great turnaround time for fitting, which was done swiftly and professionally. Will definitely use again, thank you!

I bought my new bed from the Studley showroom. Absolutely brilliant service from all the staff. Very friendly and kept me up to date with progress of my order. The delivery team were awesome too. I cannot recommend this company enough. Anyone I know looking for a new bed, I will send them here.

Friendly staff at both Studley and Shirley showrooms. No high pressure selling. Although neither shop actually has a sample of the bathroom flooring we wanted, they were able to order the flooring we had seen elsewhere with no issues. Fitting was superb. Arrived bang on time, very polite, very clean and very professional. Highly recommend.

Just had the whole of our upstairs and stairs carpeted by Solihull Carpets - and we couldn't be happier. Emma in the showroom has been amazing, helping us decide the perfect carpets for our rooms and lifestyle, and organising our quotes and fitting with excellent communication throughout! The fitters arrived on time and split the installation across 2 days for us to help with furniture logistics! They were really friendly, tidy and the finished product is top quality! Thanks so much guys!
