After a slow start (due to communication only possible via email), I finally had human contact with Zak.

Between Wednesday afternoon and Friday morning he managed to turn-arpund not 1, but 2 jobs! This was inspite of the problems with the artwork my designer provided!

We lost an entire day due to redesign, and I all but gave up on having any visual artwork for our private launch. However, Zak pulled out all the stops and my event on Sunday will go ahead with the visuals set out in my mood board!

All this at a price far more competitive than my other enquiries!

A really good experience ordering flyers and posters recently. I spotted a mistake in the artwork (mine) and Caitlin and David were exceptionally helpful rectifying my mistake.

I have used SoloPress for a number of years. Most recently, in my new enterprise as an author, I orders prints of a prelaunch booklet. Unfortunately the cover I uploaded or thought I’d uploaded didn’t make the print run. The error was quickly resolved by Jessica Fearn who ensured that I had a new print run with the illustrated cover amended at no extra cost. Thanks to her swift resolution of the problem I shall happily remain a customer of SoloPress for future products.
