Incompetent
Incompetent! We had to send our security DVR in three separate times to get it repaired. Every time I would get it back it didn't work. The last time they returned it they didn't send back all my connector cords. Then they kept sending the wrong cords. Finally ended up ordering it myself. They did reimburse me, but whole ordeal took 2 months.

Not sent when promised
When I placed the order I was told the item would be at my house in two to three days. The item wasn't shipped out until 5 days later and I still have yet to receive it. I'm beyond frustrated especially since I paid so much for shipping.

Had four cameras ship to me they would not work with my Samsung security system after lots of phone calls to Wisenet and Soltech I ship all of them back and got refund.
