They went out of their way to assist where Debenhams refused. I really appreciate your assistance with the collection and the error made by Debenhams with regard to my new address. Thank you very much.

Chair is well made, looks excellent and was well packaged. Brilliant customer service. Without asking I was sent a fabric sample to check the colour was right for me. Delivery was quick and I received regular updates. Well done.

Top quality service, communication was excellent, couldn't fault the delivery service they used, had a minor issue which was sorted out very quickly. Happy days

Somnior sells mattresses through the Debenhams website. I was excited to buy the 70% discounted 'Hybrid' mattress. A wrong sized arrived the first time and a replacement was delivered in 7 days. The hybrid feature of the mattress is no way close, I started feeling excessively hot as in heat generating through the polyester fibres. I asked for a return in just sleeping on it for 2 nights. I explained to Somnior about my medical condition. They said they can't accept returns and they transferred my call to the 'In Charge'. I very politely told him about my condition, he didn't have a listening ear at all, therefore I said if he can at least give me a part refund. He immediately agreed and said to me 'because you are agreeing to a 50% refund, we are offering it'.
I agreed because I wanted the mattress out of my way.
Later when I contacted PayPlus, they were surprised about the part refund and immediately gave me a full refund.
My advise, when buying from a third party seller on Debenhams, be careful with returns and refunds. This took a lot of my time. Had I not contacted PayPlus, I wouldn't know about the policies

Once I managed to navigate and finally was able to contact customer service, the service I received from them was excellent. I had ordered a double divan bed base with 4 drawers, once it was unpacked I discovered 2 faulty drawers
Which was manufacturing fault. After sharing photos and videos withe the customer service they very quickly arrange a complete replacement of the bottom half of the base and the replacement within 2 days and for the faulty one taken away. Glad to say that the replacement is perfect. Thank you Customer service for solving this problem once I finally found you lol

I ordered my divan bed from Debenhams in the sale. It was super cheap and I was a little skeptical, but I’m very happy with the bed. It looks better than I expected and I’ve just had the best nights sleep in ages! Good communication with delivery too. Overall, very happy and I’d definitely recommend.

Bedframe delivered without assembly kit. Contacted customer service multiple times and informed a replacement kit had been sent out. However weeks later, and the replacement kit has yet to arrive.

I have had excellent customer service from this company. I ordered the wrong size mattresses which they then collected in 2 days and my new ones are arriving in a few days. They have been super responsive and helpful, I can’t recommend them enough! And their delivery service is top notch too - lovely, friendly, helpful drivers! Thank you so much ☺️

I've bought 2 of these mattresses, they don't flip over, but they are so lush. It's like your sleeping on silk.

Bought a divan, obviously a double comes in 2 parts. They sent me 2 different colours. I arranged for them to send out another colour of the divan attached to headboard, so I just needed to pull out bottom half. But oh no, they send me the wrong colour. I just want a refund, I do not recommend

I am disappointed with the king size mattress I ordered on 23rd May. Within a few days of use, I noticed a deep dip forming in the middle of the bed. I initially gave it the benefit of the doubt, but the issue has progressively worsened.

I have contacted Somnior directly and provided all requested information, including images and videos. However, instead of addressing the issue, I am being asked questions about my bed frame and other unrelated factors, despite the mattress clearly being defective.

At this stage, I am still waiting for a proper response and a resolution, including a refund. I would not recommend purchasing this mattress based on my experience!

This company is a joke, they use a third party delivery firm who don’t communicate with each other. My mattress was returned on the 20th May and I’m still waiting for a refund

Very quick delivery at a fantastic cost and the gentlemen doing the delivery were very polite a curtious as well as respectful to our property.

I had to return a bed and headboard. I emailed the company and they responded very quickly, arranged a delivery within a couple of days. The company notified me of a return the day after and explained that it could take up to 15 days. Very happy!!
