Your price was good but there is a problem of loading the payment page;it kept on loading but after trying several times we have been able to book, but still there is promt reply after payment, good service . It is really sad to say that when we contacted your online chat agent, they were offering a higher price than it is stated in your website despite informing them that it is cheaper on your website.

Northern Europe Cruise on MSC Preziosa
It was very easy to book and i have been kept informed via email. Disappointed literally a few days after booking this cruise on a Fantastica balcony all inclusive I see its £220 cheaper than what I got it for - its unfair to keep changing prices, I normally book cruises elsewhere but I thought it was a good deal at the time but £220 is £220 which would of helped if I want to book any trips.
