Southwest Mobility and Sports Braces - Goods paid/not received
I would have a no star rating.
Warning against buying anything from this supposed company.
Items ordered, paid for, not received.
Zero 'customer service'.
I have attempted to contact them by phone, email, webpages, Instagram, LinkedIn, the Director's mobile number, to no avail. (At least 100 attempts).
I've lodged an ACC complaint and have processed a claim through my card, which will take 30 to 45 days to process a decision.
Absolutely disgraceful behaviour.
Southwest Mobility and Sports Braces need to do the right thing.
Website advertised NDIS; I wonder how many people have not received what they've paid for.
