Excellent repair service. Kept me informed. Brilliant would certainly use again

Super efficient. Have sent my spectacles to them a number of times. Very satisfied. Good communication making it simple and straightforward.

Very efficient. Glasses repaired and returned all in the space of three days.
Brilliant!

Spec Care have varied ot two excellent repairs for me when other opticians have said they cannot be repaired.

I had been told bu an opthalmologist that it wasn't possible to repair frames that had separated from the lens rim. You did it with laser welding that's invisible, at a third of the cost off buying a new frame then chamfering and resetting the lens

I’m absolutely delighted with Spec Care. A number of other companies said, the expensive sun glasses were beyond repair. Spec Care , not only repaired the glasses to a high standard, they were returned SO quickly. Great service from start to finish.

They did a great job repairing my glasses

Fantastic Service.
From initial request, to a picture of the problem with my titanium specs, quotation, repair and return.

As an independent optician, I can honestly say SpecCare are invaluable. We’ve used them for everything from fitting nose pads to acetate frames (perfect results) through to flexi side repairs and more complex “impossible” fixes. Even lid ptosis props fitted — all carried out with speed, precision, and consistency. Rob is approachable, knowledgeable, and always ensures the job is done to the highest standard. For any practice needing a reliable spectacle repair partner, SpecCare are first-class. Been using for over 4 years now
