SPF managed the mortgage application…
SPF managed the mortgage application from start to finish with no fuss, requiring only input from me when multiple options were available. They presented the info offered their opinion but ultimately did what I felt was best for me in a very professional and timely manner. I will be using them again for any further needs.

Had been dealing with SPF for a few years now, and Cristiana as usual provided exceptional service in establishing my remortgage. Was contacted well in advance of previous mortgage expiration and keep abreast of developments concerning options available to reestablish mortgage. 5*s - Aimee was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. We weren’t the easiest of clients swapping to 3 different properties during our offer period, the 3rd being at the 11th hour of our initial offer expiring and Aimee worked tirelessly throughout to ensure a new offer was secured swiftly with no disruption to our onward purchase taking any stress possible away from us and I’m happy to report we are now proud owners of our new property having just moved in on Friday.
