scammer company, I’ve had a few parcels delivered they don’t show up on your dashboard! You call and numbers are disconnected and no one replies to emails!

Don’t use them

Scam. I shipped a package to them, and they never shipped it to me and they don't even respond. I contacted them multiple times (chat/email) with no answer. Please don't ship anything to this company if you don't want to be scammed.

Update: Since they replied with lies so let me clarify, I reached out to chat multiple times and money has never been an issue for me. Their chat always say "Thanks for reaching out! Our team is currently offline in observance of Labor Day" even on normal days and I even reached out to their WhatsApp number and also through email. No response from either.

I’ve been waiting for my items for two years the venue game that they’re playing they’ll ship you some of your items not all of them and then when you complain, they’ll tell you yes we found them the rest of your items that is and then they charge more shipping cost and they play the same game over and over again in order to triple quadruple the shipping cost Eddie and you end up paying them over $1000 in shipping cost and they do dis on purpose !!! this is a company of scammers. They’ll also contact you and ask you for money telling you they don’t have enough money to run the company and for you to help them the owner of the company’s name is Mohammed. He also changes his operation. Running from state to state because of complaint against him, numerous complaints against them by the authorities.

This is a horrible company!!!!. Shipping costs are a scam!!! They will lose your stuff and they will claim that it’s your fault. They will never ship it l to you on time and . If at all ..They’ve had my packages for close to a year and lost at least three or four of them they overcharge for the shipping cost, their shipping costs are obscene.!!!! they claim that they repack the items which is another lie . they do not they send it in the original papers and boxes and put the items with the original papers and boxes in additional new boxes, …which only Adds additional weight and increase the cost of the shipping

I still have not received majority of my parcels from them and it’s been almost a year since they received them and I fight with them over it every single day to ship it to me. I never received my money back for my parcels that they lost.
They refused to reply to emails and take accountability. They constantly come up with excuses Extremely,, unreliable ,and unprofessional company. I would not recommend them at all. It’s not worth it. You will lose more than you will gain. they have extremely negative Google reviews from a a lot
of people somehow they were able to hide them . I lost over $1000 with them. And maybe more

SCAM ALERT - Buyer Beware - I'm confused by good reviews, perhaps this company did business at some point, but now you'll see images from Amazon of your package at an apartment door in Florida, and you'll never ever see your goods or get a reply. ABSOLUTE FRAUD BEING COMMITTED BY THIS BUSINESS.

I have been trying to contact them for the tracking info of my shipment for over two weeks. I have called, emailed, and contacted them through the whats app number. Only once did I reach a person on the phone who promised a response, but nothing. I am out $600 in shipping fees, plus the value of the items in the box. I will be filing with small claims court, filing a police report for the stolen items, and requesting the shipping costs back from my credit card if I do not hear from anyone in 48 hours from now.

Great work. There is an improvement in the speed of displaying parcels in the customer's account, where I was notified by Amazon to deliver the shipment at 2:21 pm, United States Eastern Time, after which I received an email from Splice Packages telling me to receive the shipment at 3:32 pm. This speed is excellent. I recommend using this company for shopping and shipping and I will try the other features.

SplicePackage does not ship anything
It's almost 3 months they have received my package and I have contacted them more than 100 times(really!) but they don't care at all..
First they wasted more than a month by telling me it's not possible to shipping by aramex, then I asked to ship by fedex and from then they even don't have a excuse. Usually they don't answer and in rare moments that they respond, they give you a nonsense answer. I spend more than 500$ and my package still is there and I'm really hopeless
I don't know what to do at all. If you want to ruin your mind and career give your parcel to them.

It is a company with great customer service who will see on all your query. They helped my older brother ship his goods despite the difficulties the company faced due to the hurricane. We wish them success and that their services improve for the better.

It is an excellent company that provides some free services, including free storage and the establishment of the free account, and they also have great customer service.

This is an update to a review I wrote below. A customer of mine tried to use this service to send a package to Dubai. The person at Splice Packages has taken the package and then after a few delay emails of "We have your package but are just loading it to the system' or "you have loaded the information wrong" are now not responsive. I understand the police are investigating them but can't locate the responsible people. They are criminals, and should not be trusted or believed. Do not use this service.

Avoid at all costs. This company is unethical. They refused to send me back my items after charging an exorbitant shipping fee and when it arrived I discovered through fedex that they chose to have me pay extra for the customs documents. Disgusting experience. They refused to send me my items domestically because they were afraid I was a "scammer ". The irony..

THINK AGAIN BEFORE USING THEIR SERVICE, I GOT SCAM WORTH $10K.
This is reply to their statements on my previous review.
1) I made five reviews on Trust Pilot, dated back to 3rd Nov 2021. None has had any response from your company.
2) BBB has not refused my report. They said they hit rock bottom trying to communicate with your company. The same experience I have. I have proof of email from BBB stating this, and it appear in the business's BBB Reliability Report.
3) I also have evidence from Jacksonville City Council stating that Splice Packaging phone is can't be contacted, and their letter sent to your address was undelivered.
4) You are not only incompetent in dealing with complaints but also a liar. I did not use stolen cards. They were my cards. They have my name on it and the bank who issuing the card can produce statements for evidence.
5) I have a separate social media account dedicated to dealing with complaints.
I'm not a scammer, your company is!
6) I am happy to provide for anyone who wishes to see the record of my attempts to communicate with this scam company that has been ongoing since November 2021, to no avail. To date, I still have not received the refund I requested.
7) Soon I will create a thread on twitter about this fraud and share the link here. I will post all of the historical chat & email with Splice, also statement from the bank, BBB, and Jacksonville City Council. So that everyone will find out who is the liar and twisted the facts.

Always received quality services with some unfortunate experiences initially for which I was very furious. But late I found out it was my seller that sent me the broken items which he accepted later juts because these people gave me the pictures of my items while opening. Matter has resolved now and I’m getting my shipments with them now. Their shipping rates saved me a lot and I have used their assisted purchase option and thought that they might not process my order because I was annoying at first but their dedicated support just won my heart. I just want them increase their chat support as its bit slower but overall, I’m a happy shipper and would recommend you people to use their services.

Very helpful & Cordial team. I had my first experience of online Shopping with Splice & I was extremely skeptical for online shopping & how this 3rd party will help me with this. As soon as my seller sent my items to them I know how annoyed that would be since I kept asking about procedure though it was already well explained to me but thanks to entire staff including warehouse & shipping & support team that the way they patiently catered each of my concern until my item came home. Don’t know when but for sure Splice Will be my ultimate choice.
