The food and quantity is perfect. I love the variety.

The food was good but I was hoping for more flavor.

This review is for meals received on December 4. The meals that I ordered and received are delicious. The problem is that I was sent two of the choices I had requested zero of and did not receive any of the selection I requested two of, This has happened a few times in the last few months, so I am going to pause my subscription for awhile.

The food is very healthy and tastes great. Very convenient for busy people who still want to eat healthy.

Each meal was delicious! I felt satisfied and clear-

The handwritten note was especially special!! The food is delicious. You would never know that it was vegan ... or plant based.

Great meals that are delivered fresh and on-time every week.

I have been so happy with this meal plan! I have been trying to add fiber and more vegetables to my diet and this certainly helps me. I buy 6 meals a week and this has been helpful to my busy schedule. The meals are fresh and delicious (often to my surprise), and my only suggestion would be to expand the menu just by one or two more options. There seems to be quick repeats. All delicious! Customer service is prompt and friendly and very invested in making customers happy.

I was a new client and had a really abysmal experience. First of all there is no way to know what day your fresh meals will arrive, it could be Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. This makes meal planning for the week problematic. These is no tracking on the web site at all. After being confused as to when I would get my first delivery as nothing was showing in my dashboard about a delivery this week, I reached out to customer service who told me they email tracking on Monday nights. An email on Tuesday that I still haven't got. My meals did arrive today, and they are wrong. Sprinly, as of writing, has an extremely limited meal selection - just 6 different meal choices each week. So I picked one of each. They actually sent two sets of duplicates. So I only have 4 different meals. I reached out yet again to customer service who offered to credit just 2 meals to my account, no additional meal for the incovenience at having to twice reach out in just a single 24 hour period. She confirmed my order was placed correctly and that someone on the production line packed the wrong meals. She would 'escalate' this. Anyway, I replied that after two mistakes on my very first order I had lost trust in them and I was closing my account, and that they really need to iron out these basic problems they are having. I was told as a small company they have a policy of no refunds. Even if it as fault of their own. This is their actual policy.
So, I did try one of the meals today, a 'Mac and Cheese with Broccoli', and it was at best mediocre. Very little flavor and the weird 'cheese substitute' sauce that had the smell and consistency of flour and vomit. This went in the trash. I selected a different meal but the directions were like a mini lesson in food serving with many many steps all printed in small font text with some direct label printer that makes the text almost illegible. This made the deciphering of all the 'remove this, place that on a plate, warm this for this period, stir in that, warm for that period, sprinkle this, combine that, stand on one leg, don't do this, bla bla bla' If I wanted to prepare the meal myself I would not be paying over twenty bucks a meal for prepared food.
There are many meal services available, and Sprinly isn't one of them you should consider using.

not what I expected and it is out for delivery so long that the food is lukewarm. I will try one more week if it is not any better I will cancel.

I am a new customer of Sprinly & have only tried a few meals but I simply must tell you how delicious are the meals I’ve tried so far!! I have tried several different plant based prepared products & by far Sprinly is hands down the tastiest. I had to pause a second order due to being on vacation but as soon as I return home, I am placing my next order. And I already have my 2 sisters ready to sign up. Thank you for making the cooking & eating this way easy & delicious.

I have loved every meal so far.....I'm still new but I can't wait to figure out which meal I'm going to choose for dinner. They are all delicious and I'm so happy to be eating so healthy!

Sweet potato hash with v

Only enjoyed the seeet potato hash! The father meals were not good!

We are super duper happy with the quality and taste of the meals. We have had a few somewhat smashed packages. But we are hoping that will improve over time.
