Once engaged, the company's service was good. Prior to that, however, I needed to make a follow-up inquiry as to the status of my order. I was told my order was not proceeding because I had used a shortened version of my name e.g. Sam instead of Samuel. I wonder if they ever would have initiated contact of their own accord. Also, while not their fault directly, the delivery service of their chosen agent, Canada Post, was substandard. No attempt at home delivery was attempted and it was an inordinately long time.

There should be multiple options for payment for example Apple Pay or any card payment.
Secondly delivery time is very long once i receive payment confirmation it should be deliver next day or in 2 days max. I paid on 10th august and received on 16th august

New fees added after I created my account but never communicated to me but then charged to me. Poor customer service (both in time & lack of a response). Did not inspire confidence in how they dealt with me. Very difficult to get full information requested. Changes in personnel. Do not recommend working with this company as a result of my personal experience.
