The entire consultation was…
The entire consultation was surprisingly brief, generic, and rather superficial. I was not satisfied with it at all. Apart from being asked a few questions and receiving a printable PDF practice worksheet, that was essentially all it consisted of. Overall, my opinion of the consultation is below average, and I found it quite disappointing.

Happy with this service
Easy to book an appointment and Dr Iman Salehi was polite, listened and gave great recommendations. Seems like a good alternative to going to a private gp.

I needed to see a GP and I couldn’t get past the receptionist at my own GP. I took the referral letter down to surgery and fortunately got them to act on it. The private GP identified what was needed and I was quickly sent to a specialist

Mental Health Service
I used the mental health service to see a therapist ( Chris Haylock ) the session was much more helpful and fulfilling than i had initially expected especially with it being a 30 min session. i’m very glad i reached out and i will definitely use the services again.

No follow up. Just silence
I had my mental health consultation then received no follow up whatsoever. I didn't get an email or any kind of contact to let me know the next steps so I was left confused and quite let down to be honest. I have no idea how to book any sessions on the AVIVA app, all I can do is book another consultation. I would not recommend this service.

Having stopped smoking by weight ballooned. So worked with Katy a Nutritionist to help me understand my eating habits more than just put myself onto a diet adding more pressure to myself. Katy is brilliant, talking me through alternative foods, the benefits of these and breaking this down into managable changes. Even sharing recipes and how to look for better foods when shopping. Brilliant experience and helped me controll my eating.
