Product was shipped promptly and in excellent shape. Customer service was great too, thanks!

Although there were mistakes in my order the customer service team worked hard to get the items to me overnighted and make it right.

I recently ordered a DriveTite kit (10 pack) primarily for replacement parts for an existing cable railing project. The parts arrived quickly, within a week, and were well packaged. Unfortunately, a set of lock washers was missing. I contacted the on-line orders manager and was told StairSupplies no longer provides that part. I explained it was still included in their order form and shown in their on-line installation video. He could only say the company stopped providing the lock washers about six months ago and he will contact the web manager to edit the website. He also assured me the lock washer was not a critical part of the kit. An inadequate reponse in my view!

They were easy to work with and the quality of my stair railing is excellent

The quality of the material is easy to work with.

Great company to deal with. Product is outstanding. We absolutely love it. The self install process was a little challenging but was able to complete it. The techs were incredible and answered all my questions.

Working with sales person when pricing differential occurred from on line catalogue and final quote. Also contact name once moved into production. Expectations managed well

I ordered and installed a stair rail from Stair Supplies in our last house. I was impressed with the quality of the rail so I decided to use them again for a stair rail for our new house. Wow! Such great quality! A thing of beauty.

Every employee was helpful, timely and delightful

Absolutely beautiful product. We are slowly renovating our small 1930s cottage and we needed ONE STEP to match our hardwood floor. We selected a landing step that is rounded on both ends and it is exactly what we were hoping for. It's gorgeous.

I challenge anyone in the construction industry to surpass the service and quality of Stair Supplies. Most impressive is their willingness to work just as hard for a small order customer like myself.

STAIR SUPPLIES has a very good product offering. They have a great people working to help customers like me. Elle Carpenter and Angie Slaughter are AWESOME to work with!

I purchased wood stair railing, newels, and knee wall with iron balusters and shoes. My product arrived early and the staining was beautiful! There was slight damage in shipping and we needed additional product mid project. They rushed me additional product at a discount and replaced the entire damaged piece. The follow up, project assistance, and service was incredible and my new staircase is stunning!

great comunication and service. good knowledge of their product

Didn't even respond to quote request. Sent architectural drawings and everything needed for them to start a dialog. Didn't hear back.

Beautiful product. Excellent personal service. Order fulfilled as promised, on time. These folks are easy to do business with and very helpful.

Great product that gave my home a beautiful new Railing. The Guys who helped with sales were great to help me pick out exactly what I needed for the project. The guys who delivered the products were so gentle with everything and checked that everything was in order. Good job! Thanks!

Order process was great. New stair handrail arrived with an unacceptable joint @ wall return. There is a gap at the wall return MIllwork joint as well as a size difference between the rail run an the joinery piece which is an abrupt transition at the joint on one end of the railing

Funds were deducted the day the order was placed. A status link was provided. Order status said "order placed".

When the order status remained unchanged after 30 days I called to cancel the order.

I was told it was "in production" and could not be canceled. Further, that it would complete in a day or two and ship that week.

The order status remained unchanged until a full week later when it changed to "in production".

When everything arrived I noticed that the easing was the wrong type. They sent an up easing when an over easing was required.

My bad, I assumed they would issue the correct part based on the diagrams the finish carpenter provided.

I asked to exchange the up easing for an over easing and was told that it was not returnable. (Note: the up easing is a standard part, unaltered from the stock configuration.) They then asked if I wanted to buy the over easing.

I purchased the over easing locally for $23.00. Compare to $74.09 list on stairsupplies.com.

Twice I used the "schedule a phone call" feature. Both times I never received the promised call back. I had to call in and wait on hold.

Too many mistakes. I do not recommend dealing with them.

Sincerely, Steve Morrison
