Come time to order, Ben Gibbs gave us personal attention to make sure the order was correct and complete and organised a convenient delivery date. The installation team were friendly, quick and attentive to make sure the shed fit well on the slab and was ‘ready for use’. Great experience all round.

From quote to install all worked well. The quote came in reasonable, the install guys turned up within allocated window. They installed the shed quickly without fuss, well worth the install fee. It was a little more expensive however, the quality and look and feel of the shed is higher than the ones purchased at the hardware stores.

From the initial call to Robert in Brisbane to calls to head office, concreting, site inspections, many changes to fit our budget to finally installation I can’t speak highly enough of this company and the whole process. Phone calls returned promptly, plan changes emailed back to include the changes. The whole process was easy. And the shed is awesome too. Thanks guys.

We ordered a green coloured SteelChief shed. Firstly, team were very helpful in helping us to decide the right shed for our property. Afterwards, the shed was delivered and installed with care. The shed is visually appealing and seems high in quality. We are really pleased with it, after having a displeasing experience ordering a shed from Canopia that was thin and flimsy. The SteelChief shed was twice the price of the Canopia shed but is well worth it for for better quality and longevity. Thank you to the lovely SteelChief team! We are satisfied customers.

Great little shed for the price. We needed a narrow, small shed for a specific spot in our yard and this shed fitted perfectly. We tried to build it ourselves but couldn't get the screws to go in, even with pre-drilling the holes so we ended up getting someone else in to do that. It took him and I an hour to build it and another 45 mins to bolt it to our slab. The only issue I have with the shed is the lack of a gutter at the lowest edge of the roof. It has a folded edge instead which I'm not sure how this is going to go long term. Also, I must mention that the admin customer service is excellent.

Trevor and Lis, in the Scheduling team, kept us informed of any date changes due to weather.
The install team came to the site and checked everything before the job started.

Jamie was really helpful when I was going through the process of developing the design and layout. He worked with me to understand the constraints of the site and the functional requirements for the shed and the result was exactly as needed.

I was able to obtain an online quote using the website and when contacting Maria she was most helpful in providing further assistance. The guys installing the shed came on time and were so efficient. I’m so impressed with the final product and glad I didn’t attempt it myself as I’m not too handy! I would recommend this company if you’re interested in purchasing a shed.

From our first enquiry the communication from Steelchief was excellent. We worked through several iterations of our plans to come up with the best layout for our space. A little pricier than some options, but we are very pleased with the result and will be looking at products again for our larger shed later this year.

Steelchief made the process easy over email. Come installation day the installers were fast, quiet and very polite. The product is excellent being study with a good size window and an easy lift door.
