Superb quality 316 stainless steel fittings for our lake side decking plus delivered promptly by Royal Mail track. Bonus was although hinges said included screws, rectangular handles did not mention although were also supplied. It would be useful if web site said what size screws are required (even if supplied) as might want to order different length depending on use/substrate. Additional packs of 10 screws to purchase would be good so don't have to order bulk screws.

Quality products and good customer support
Easy to find products and order on the website. Fast delivery and excellent quality of stainless steel eye-bolts. Wee hiccup when ordering in that payment went through OK but didn't receive confirmation of order immediately on website or follow-up confirmation email. Quick email to vendor sorted that wrinkle out with very good customer service.

I'm sorry you feel your order was slow to be despatched.
With regards to our shipping terms your order was despatched on time.
All orders are shipped the same day or next working day.
You placed your order on Sat 26th Nov and collected from our depot by Royal mail on Mon 27th. (1-3 delivery at your request.)
Once parcels are with the carrier we have no control. Unfortunately, Royal mail were also taking industrial strike action that week.
