STIMULICAT IS A GROUP OF THIEVES
This is the absolute worse company to attempt to deal with. Ordered 3 beds and paid for shipping insurance. The delivery company stimulicat chose to use did not deliver the package and instead of making it right snd shipping new beds or refunding the order the company continues to pass the buck and do nothing but say they are reaching out to the courier. NEWS FLASH I DIDNT ORDER FROM THE COURIER. Stimulicat chose how they got the product delivered and now they refuse to honor the sale, the insurance or hold anyone accountable. THIS COMPANY IS A BUNCH OF THIEVES.

We understand your frustration with the delivery issue, and we're sorry this situation has been so frustrating. However, we'd like to clarify what happened for those reading this review.
Once an order is handed over to the courier, the delivery itself is handled by the carrier, and unfortunately, failed deliveries can sometimes occur despite our efforts. That said, we did not simply leave you without a resolution. Our team assisted both you and your wife throughout the process and continued communicating with you while working with the courier.
Most importantly, as a gesture of goodwill and because we wanted to make sure you received your order, we sent another three Instinct Baskets at our own expense, even though the original shipment had already incurred costs on our end. We chose to do this because we value our customers and wanted to make things right for you.
We understand that the failed delivery was frustrating, but we hope this clarifies that our team did take action and went beyond simply referring you back to the courier.

Bitsy's Cuddle Basket
My cat, Bitsy, loves her Instinct Basket. It is her go-to for naps or simply watching the birds and squirrels near a sunny window through half-open eyes. The Basket has ample proportions; Bitsy can stretch out, but the sides support her, and she is totally relaxed.
I must say the Basket is extremely well-made, and it must smell nice, or Bitsy would not be using it.
I hope she will use it for her claws, but because she has been trained not to claw anything except her box with the clawing board that may take a while. I'm sure it will be a comfortable remedy for trimming those claws.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review, Ann! 💚 We absolutely love hearing about Bitsy enjoying her Instinct Basket for naps and sunny window watching. 😸
It sounds like she has found the perfect little retreat where she can stretch out, relax, and keep an eye on the neighborhood! We're also so happy to hear that you're impressed with the quality and craftsmanship.
And it sounds like Bitsy is a very well-trained kitty! 😹 Since she's already accustomed to using her scratching board, she may take a little time to discover the basket as another scratching option. We're just thrilled that she's already enjoying it as her cozy spot.
Thank you for sharing Bitsy's story and for choosing Stimulicat. We truly appreciate your support! 💚

Slowest delivery ever....especially…
Slowest delivery ever....especially considering how quickly they take your money. Had I any knowledge that it was made in and shipped from China, I would NEVER have bothered ordering it at all. The whole "artificial sisal" smell that's off putting to cats.....when you're making a product in the world's capital of "producing crap" is conveniently omitted in their advertising.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand your frustration and appreciate the opportunity to clarify a few points for those reading your review.
According to our records, your order was shipped on July 25 and delivered on August 6. While we understand that waiting for an order can be frustrating, we hope this helps provide some context regarding the delivery timeline.
Regarding the smell you mentioned, this is the first time we've received a complaint about an artificial sisal smell affecting a cat's interest in the product. Cats can be very individual in how they respond to new materials, scents, and environments, so their reactions can vary from one cat to another.
We appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention and will continue monitoring customer feedback regarding the product and shipping experience.

In response to Stimulcats response
In response to Stimulcats response, I think it should be illegal to be able to market your products in North America, yet not have a return facility in America, but the Netherlands.
I shouldn't have to pay more to return a product, than the actual purchase price. You're ripping off consumers under this policy & until I receive a full refund, I will continue to write negative reviews.

Disappointed that What was Promoted didn't Occur with my Cats
The promise and expectation that my cats would leap into these beds and make them their own has not happened. They couldn't care less about these beds. I put them in them, one sniffed around and then climbed out and neither one has been in them since. I feel a bit duped because I believe this is the second time buying these based on the advertisements online, about how they'll use these to sharpen their nails and so forth, and it just isn't the case.
The beds are cute with little ears and a tail, but I would not buy them again because my cats don't do what the promotions and ads share, and I feel like I wasted a lot of money because these are expensive for a pet bed.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your cats haven't taken to their baskets and understand how disappointing that must feel, especially after having high expectations.
Every cat is unique, and while many cats use their baskets right away, others can take days or even weeks to warm up to something new. We know that isn't the experience you were hoping for, and we truly appreciate your honest feedback.
If you haven't already, you might try placing the baskets where your cats already like to rest, adding a little catnip, or rewarding them with treats whenever they show interest. These simple steps have helped many hesitant cats become more comfortable with their baskets over time.
Thank you again for sharing your experience. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we appreciate the opportunity to improve.

Overpriced rope basket $48.00 to Return! Beware
Overpriced rope basket with a cheap thin pillow inside. We are returning this item. Ordered from the site to find out that when you want to return the we need to ship this to the Netherlands cost is $48.00 to return this item with no guarantee that they will refund if it even arrives to them! No where does the site say that there are no US state side return address after showing a Delaware company address! Straight from China after being shipped from someone's house in Hialeah, Florida! Another ripoff from a Chinese shadow company shipping junk to the US. Oh, they sell the same junk on Amazon for 1/3 of the price with free returns stateside.
