I had exactly the same experience as
Shuqian Mai. 1 item came the wrong colour, they said they would send correct item but this never arrived. Emailed several more times and only had 1 reply saying they had proof of postage. Then when i replied saying i hadn't had it or send me a proof of delivery i received no reply at all. Avoid at all costs.
I am beyond frustrated with my experience. I placed order on the official website at the beginning of March. While the shipping was fast, they sent me the WRONG COLOR.
I reached out to customer service immediately with photo evidence, but it has been TWO MONTHS with zero response. This level of negligence is unacceptable. Is anyone even working there?
If you're considering buying from them, be prepared to be ghosted if there's an issue with your order.
Great service, quality items and fast delivery
I bought 3 items from this company and one was not as described. I requested a refund for the wrong item however they failed to take ownership of my request and would not refund the wrong item. They acknowledged that the description of the item was wrong and changed it for other potential customers, but would not refund me. I would strongly recommend not buying from this company.

The manufacturer made a minor change to the design of the item, the item supplied was essentially the same. The customer had worn the stockings (rendering them unsaleable) but demanded a refund! The customer wanted to keep the item, but be refunded for a minor product detail change that was down to the manufacturer - we can only refund unworn items for hygiene reasons as explained in our terms and conditions.
Quick delivery, stockings were good quality and great value.

I had to contact my card company for a refund.
Post the copy or number of the proof of posting if you really have one ?

We posted the item on the day of purchase and we have the proof of postrage from Royal mail. Royal Mail failed to deliver - that's not our fault!
I placed a order 10 days ago have not received my order just fobbed of with royal mail as the parcel does not take 10 days to send order
Wont use this company again will just have to face the loss of my money

Hi,
Royal Mail claims rules are very specific (you can check their website). Any lost or missing parcels can only be claimed for after 10 WORKING days have elapsed (Bank holidays and weekends are not included). The issue is with Royal Mail as we have the proof of postage. I'm sorry for your experience, but yet again we are getting poor feedback for issues outside of our control - the issue is with Royal Mail. Many thanks
