Our bathroom install started mid June and was only finally finished mid September. We had to wait 3 months for the unit we had ordered. Whilst I appreciate not all of this was the fault of Stone and Earth I had to chase this constantly. We received very little in the way of apologies and given the cost of the bathroom as a whole I would have expected much better customer service. We were given many promised delivery dates before the unit was finally delivered which just added to the frustration. I would not use this company again.

We recently bought some granite for a bar and some tops. After selecting it from the wholesaler. A few days later, Stone &
Earth contacted us to say it had too many imperfections. They then came with us to the wholesaler to ensure we had a great piece. It’s now fitted and is stunning, beautiful craftsmanship in how it has been cut and 2 fabulous chopping boards too. We would highly recommend.

Sonia has been amazing from start to finish, from coming out at the design stage all the way through to completion. highly recommend Stone & Earth. The quality of the bathroom is amazing.

Sonia Chahal at Stone & Earth was a huge help when we realised the slanting ceiling in our new shower room's was too low for a standard shower screen and would have to order something bespoke, guiding us through the process. We also needed a narrower-than-usual vanity unit, which she helped us find. Patient with our dithering, always happy to help and super-quick to reply to queries, she made this small part of our whole house renovation a lot easier and much less stressful, and considering the screen was made-to-measure, the price was very reasonable, too. I would heartily recommend her, and Stone & Earth.

For a couple of years we had been considering knocking through our kitchen and dining room with the thought of opening up the living space in our home
This would involve a substantial amount of building work and would give us a much better aspect of the garden
The kitchen and dining room would become one area and we wanted to install sliding doors to the rear of the house
This was a large project and Stone and Earth guided us through from the initial concept to the final result
Throughout the project the communication was excellent and all tradespeople involved were professional and customer friendly
A special mention goes to Ryan for his input and ideas as project manager
He helped immensely throughout the project from start to finish
Thanks also to Graham who was instrumental in managing the project on a daily basis and Phil who installed the kitchen with great skill.
Thanks too to Rob who completely re laid and tiled the floor which was a big job in itself

Fantastic experience with the whole team at Stone and Earth. We first dealt with Jason for tiles who couldn’t have been more helpful. He even went out of his way to deliver our tiles personally so we could have them in time for our outdoor kitchen project. We then dealt with Alex, Jack and Jays in the worktop team who were super helpful and patient sending out countless samples to help us decide on which worktop worked best for us. Once decided, the templating process and installation was really smooth. We had an issue with some of the silicone bubbling after installation because of the heat (not their fault at all) but again they went out of their way to get someone back out to us within 2 days to fix. I am so glad we found Stone & Earth and have already recommended the team to a number of people. The quality of their tiles especially were also far superior to a number of other suppliers we had considered before finding them. Thanks guys!

Recently purchased a custom item from Dave at stone and earth, Dave's customer service was second to none, he is an asset to the company, the craftsmanship from Anthony was impressive. Very happy with the entire process. Thank you stone and earth! This will take pride of place in my man cave!

We were recommended to Stone & Earth by the kitchen manufacturer and a friend who had used them before. Having lost enthusiasm for looking at anymore worktops I sent my wife in to have a look and see what she thought.

Approximately 2 hours after my wife looking at the work surface I was looking not one quote but three separate quotes, the next day I was there to look at the quartz and less than 48hrs later it was booked in for templating and fitting……if that isn’t good service I don’t know what is.

The fitting was equally impressive, as two incredibly knowledgable gentleman( Shane & Ed) had most of it fitted in the time it took me to drive 6 miles down the road to pick the children up, they then spent the next hour having to field questions from myself and my wife on how it was cut, how to look after it and many other questions.

The team at Stone & Earth are passionate about what they sell and confident in the quality which allows a great selling process of not hard selling it to you. As well as the quality of the product, its very reasonable price point and the great fitting team after a lengthy conversation with the General Manager it is fair to say you can have absolute faith in the aftercare should anything go wrong with the product.

Stone and Earth sell and install quality bathrooms and kitchens. The displays of fittings and tiles, taps to barstools are a pleasure to walk around. All the staff have a in depth knowledge of the products and are happy to assist if required or allow you to browse.
We had many bathrooms to furnish as the houses were new builds. All of their recommendations were spot on and we are thrilled with the end results.

We purchased our granite tops for our kitchen extension and an island. The service was exceptional, along with the fitting. Their experience showed and I still cannot stop smiling how beautiful the white granite sparkly tops are. Best price around too.

Could not recommend Stone and Earth enough! Jason is definitely the go-to man for tiles! We was searching for our bathroom & en-suite tiles, & being new to a house renovation, we had no idea what options we had and what products go together. Jason happily spent hours with us going through everything, nothing was ever too much & he was extremely helpful which made the whole experience so much easier.

Customer service at it's finest - Jason & his team are fantastic and work hard to ensure you find the perfect solution, making recommendations and showing various options. Flexible with lending tiles to try colour matches at home etc. The pricing is also very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Jason, who templated for the kitchen worktops, was brilliant. He was knowledgeable, polite and helpful. Even our dog liked him :)

Shane and Ed came to fit the worktops (2 weeks later) and they were fab as well. They were on time, well informed about the product and again, very helpful. They did a brilliant job, were efficient and had a keen eye for the details.

The whole experience, from initial browsing to fitting, was great. They was an issue with sizing of the stone however it was dealt with efficiently and in a timely manner. The employees worked with us and it became and non issue very quickly.

Super pleased with the whole process, and especially the workmen.

Brilliant service throughout the process, Stone and Earth accommodated a number of appointment switching due to delays caused by our builder, arrived on time for the template measuring and 7 days later for the fitting of the quartz work surface and island.
Shane and Ed are extremely competent and professional, offered good advice to ensure all our kitchen fittings were perfectly positioned and how to maintain the surface in perfect condition. On top of all that they were extremely price competitive.

Alex on sales was really on the ball and easy to deal with and the survey was done by Jason who was very efficient and communications with all the staff were excellent.
The fitters shane an Ed were excellent and everything fitted perfectly...all in all a excellent job.

I needed a larger hole cut in a corian worktop due to changing from a gas hob to an induction hob. Only a small amount needed taking off one side. Alex was so helpful in arranging this, first asking for photos of the gap to assess whether it could be done and then providing a timely quote and then a date for the work to be done. Communication was great. The men who carried out the work arrived on time and were very professional and did a fantastic job, ensuring there was no mess left afterwards. I would definitely recommend this company based on my experience.
