On time. Quickly completed the job. We had to order parts and timeline was met exactly.

Ordered cloth and cellular shades for a new build. One of the cloth shades was for a bow window and we got the motorized one for ease of use. So far, it works great. The installer was very professional and cleaned up after himself. My only complaint was that of the cellular shades one was supposed to be an up/down shade and the others were supposed to be just regular pull down shades. We got all up/down shades. Most cannot be used to pull down from the top because of furniture in front of the windows. Not sure where there was miscommunication.

Our experience was wonderful. They assisted us to make the best selection. Dedicated to communicate with us throughout the process and installation was earlier than anticipated.

The scheduling process was quick and easy. Justin, our day of technician, made our experience great. He was prompt and efficient and helped us understand what caused the blind pulley to break. Thank you!

Absolutely great product-we have all new gorgeous blinds-and great team. Michelle was our designer and because of her expertise she made our selection experience so efficient and effective. We love everything we chose! The installers Ryan from Chicago and Dave from Norwood were just incredible. Both of them were so kind, so thoughtful, and ever so careful with the installation process. Everything was left cleaner than when they started! They also took the time to explain how the remotes and chargers worked. It was also so refreshing because Dave spoke so highly of Stoneside and in particular of his boss. I highly recommend Stoneside and their outstanding team.

I was looking for a durable, robust window blind for the front door of my busy disco.
Jason at Stoneside designed one that was not only sturdy, but also had magnetic catches to keep it from swinging around
Our installer Ryan was on time it was easy to coordinate with via text.
Everyone I dealt with was friendly and responsive.

I am a 90 year old man and have a difficult time explaining some things so I will just say that the lady that came to my house to sell me the blinds was very polite and helpful and then I got an e-mail saying I had to remove the old blinds and clear the areas of furniture and things blocking the installer this was upsetting as I am unable to the climbing and lifting .My worries proved unfounded as the installer told me not to worry he di it all and replaced everything when he was done .He was very competent and kind and did a great job in short great product, great people.
