I found these lovely large containers…
I found these lovely large containers for my larder and I am very happy with them.
Unfortunately one got slightly damaged when taking the lid off. I had ordered 6 and the other 5 were ok. I contacted So e the Crows on the Wednesday evening and they came back to me the following morning and a replacement was received on the Friday. Excellent service.

Beautiful product but bad customer service and poor communication
Ordered a stunning driftwood fruit bowl and arranged to collect from my local store. Received an email to say item was ready to collect, but when I arrived in store they knew nothing about it and my item was not there. Emailed the Head Office and did not receive any acknowledgment or reply. Went to the store a few days later and the item was there, however, I do not appreciate a wasted journey of 10 miles, waste of my time, waste of fuel and then no acknowledgement or response. Shame because they do some beautiful items online but wouldn’t purchase again due to bad customer service, miscommunication and then lack of communication.

Very bad service
Very bad service. I did not receive an item and I sent multiple emails to the customer support team but no one has replied for more than a month now. I have not yet received the refund or the item.
