After I ordered the chairs there was no email to confirm payment so I contacted them to be told I would get an email when payment was confirmed. After a couple of days of not hearing I contacted them again and they said they would look into it. Not happy! Then 2 days later they were delivered. Luckily I was in as there was no communication from them. The chairs were missing 2 screws so had to contact them again, and they asked me to take a photo of what had been delivered. Next day a packet arrived with some screws in which were the right ones. Wouldn't use them again!

A few problems , that were dealt with well by the guys in the office. Stools not the greatest value to be honest.

Very helpful staff when requested delivery information. Product assembly could be better manufactured to ensure bolting alignment to chair backs. maybe I was just unlucky. overall very satisfied

Ordered a tall cafe table promptly was very pleased with it and looks fab with the stools I brought to go with it. There was a bubble on the table so I contacted them and straight away replaced it.

Email update responses were always dealt with immediately, often overnight! So customer service appeared to be actve 24/7.
