Sensational customer service with friendly, professional, helpful staff making organisation easy. Sharon at Storage King was exceptional. The option i finally chose was through Paul at MoveAssist. Working with Storage King, they offered delivered a seemless solution. Pick up was perfectly timed to suit me; loading took a matter of minutes and the flat was left empty, clean and ready for the next tenant. Brilliant overall service and a very fair price.

A Stress free storage solution ! Plenty of choices for different size Storage units . From cupboard size to garage size . There is always a deal to be had when moving in , so make sure you take full advantage of this ! for the longest and best deal possible . Usually a one off deal for the first few months only . But well worth the saving . The staff are very friendly and helpful,and nothing is too much trouble . I would highly recommend this Banbury facility . MR Ian T

Had a really great experience from James today!
After extensive traffic, I arrived just before closing, and realised I'd forgotten my keys (a nightmare customer, sorry😬), James really went out of his way to help me! I asked if he had any bolt cutters, so he verified my ID & paperwork, I purchased a new lock, and we made our way to my locker where he cracked it open for me, and ensured my new lock worked as expected - within 5 minutes he'd saved the day, even though I caused a massive inconvenience last minute. Thanks again James, really appreciate it!

This place is amazing I have bought my sons university moving boxes from here and we are using them for his third year of moving to university and back and today I have been back to get some more 🙂 also a wonderful customer service both times 🙂

The staff were all super helpful... especially as I forgot my passcode and then managed to set the alarms off.. they recommended the perfect sized unit .. all felt incredibly clean, safe and secure. Just a great experience during what could have been a very stressful time.I will definitely use them again and will recommend to everyone. Just one thing.. perhaps trolleys that are more female friendly to steer haha.

Would like to say Storage King festival Park is an outstanding customer services. Mick and James are doing a brilliant job always there to help outstanding 110% and couldn’t ask for a better customer services. Always there to answer questions and help out the best they can love going there it’s like feeling some sort of like a family thank you, Tina) and ROY).

Please read the cancellation terms and conditions. I made the mistake to follow a verbal conversation but now I have learnt that is better to follow the print nowadays.

I was originally hesitant and apprehensive to use storage facilities, but the service has been brilliant from day 1.

More importantly, they apply 0 pressure to customers either signing up for their first few weeks or months and more than adequately assess customer needs - When you approach them for quotes on larger units also apply 0 pressure and even request that you take the time to think about your decisions and requirements.

They're totally upfront with figures throughout and will take the time to explain any specifics with regards to the pricing and contract information.

The staff at the Doncaster (Lakeside) branch are absolutely second to none and assets to the organisation.

I've had nothing but positive interactions from the team there (Dawn and Kerry I've dealt with specifically), with frequent deliveries to the site and communications from the team before I've realised they've arrived. Unsure if it's part of their job role to be on hand to support with deliveries and I've initially felt guilty having my deliveries sent there (sometimes a stacked trolley) but they've been brilliant - and not one bit of annoyance or irritation from the team, even when the table has a bunch of parcels needing to be collected, they organise the parcels so we know where to collect and they even take the time to 'trolley' larger deliveries where possible, meaning I can just rush in and out where I need to.

I've even asked them to refuse deliveries when I've not been available to move to my unit on the same day and they've still accepted them (in error after me requesting the refusal but all in the focus of A+++ customer service).

I cannot think of one negative or even borderline negative from the team here, and I've not seen any customer have any negative interaction whilst I've been here.

The team at this site take a lot of pride in their work, their work environment and the positive morale and work culture within the company shows.

Great staff, great Storage.

I only went to purchase some packing materials but was seriously impressed by the whole operation. The reception staff were friendly and accommodating helping me find exactly what I needed, the whole place was clean modern and inviting. If I was in need of storage this would be my first port of call.
