Three months after buying an item, I still have not received my purchase from ohlala-harajuku. I contacted ohlala-harajuku and did not receive a response. I have contacted Storenvy multiple times and I have been told that the store is not responding to their emails and that I need to apply to PayPal for a refund even if I didn't pay using PayPal. I don't know if this is possible but the email contained confusing and convoluted instructions on how to do it. Storenvy took my money in a very simple process. I should not have to jump through hoops to get a refund. Stay far away from these dishonest and unscrupulous thieves.
They are the rudest and most unprofessional company I have ever done business with. They didn't have any desire to assist me, they just wanted to place the blame on the Governor of CA and COVID. Spare Me. After 3 weeks, I just wanted what I paid for. But they wanted to give me a 50% discount to wait another week. I agreed but told them if I didn't receive it in a week I would dispute it with my credit card company. They sent me crazy email stating it was my fault and I was stupid for not reading the ad. Stay far far far away from these psychos.

This place is so incredibly mismanaged. May be a great place for startups but rule 1 is to be honest with your customers. Rule 2 is to not make excuses. Failure on both counts. Spent money with no results. Count on BBB getting a note.

I am extremely pleased with the store: Kitchen Market ! They were hit hard with the wild fires and the natural disasters here in California and they still honored their initial LOW COST for their top quality product! The owner was extremely helpful and accommodating with my order. I even had to change the shipping address last minute and Anne made the transition seamless! I am PLEASED to say that we will be doing LONG TERM business with them!
The wheat and pumpkin loaf pan from Kitchen Market was exactly as described, arrived perfectly packaged, and the owner went above and beyond what any customer could expect, to ensure a quick delivery, despite all the challenges and obstacles faced in recent months. Unfortunately I ordered an item from a store in this site, and like so many others here, I have not received my item. The store info said shipping time was five to eight days. It's been almost three weeks, and no response from the store. The Storenvy service is also no help, because they say you have to contact your bank to file a claim. I'm just glad I'm only out $18 instead of more. I cannot recommend this site at all.
I ordered an item through Storenvy. Never got my order. After 3 weeks I contacted the seller 3 times by email, nothing. I contacted Storenvy. They said I would receive a response in 3 business days, nothing. I requested a refund, nothing. My suggestion don't use Storenvy. Should be called Storempty.
Before joining with Storeny.com, I have join in many marketplace to sell my products. After joining, I get more success to sell my helmet on this platform and my customer never happy with storenvy!!!
Storenvy is a fraud. I well tell anyone and everyone to run for the hills. They claim that my order, placed in June, was to be filled by Moooh, one of their online stores. I was sent a confirmation email right away but no shipping information at any point from Storenvy or Moooh. I placed several inquiries to both parties and received no help — certainly no offer for a refund. It is now mid-September and still no word.

I ordered a wedding dress that was supposed to be made-to-size based on measurements. It came miles too big, which I could have worked with, but it had a visible seam around the waist where it should have had a hidden seam. It was supposed to be A-line but hung like a ball gown. I contacted other makers of this same dress and they confirmed that it should have been a hidden seam. I purchased from this seller because they had a reasonable return policy posted. At first, I was offered a return with full refund, or keep it and get a partial refund. I opted for a return and was then told that, because of COVID, they weren't taking and returns or doing refunds. I had to buy a different dress and am out $240. I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered. Don't risk it!!

I’ve been a Storenvy marketplace seller for around 7 years and I have never had an issue with the platform. It offers me a convenient way to get my products on the market quickly in a professional looking online store. My buyers appreciate that they are covered by PayPal buyer protection too. I’ve also purchased tour merch from my favourite band’s Storenvy store and had no issues. It was a positive experience.
Take your money even if store is not long in business and claim "that's not their responsibility." I purchased an item from store no longer in business. They took my credit card, had to contact fraudulent charge division at credit card company to get refund. After notification that that store not in business they continued to send me multiple ads for the product...from that defunct store.

I ordered a canvas and leather bag from this crew. They took the order, charged my card and then nothing. Contacted the seller. He said he stopped making the bag 5 years ago and he would have nothing to do with this trading platform. I suspect he was based in China and was using this site to scam money. Either way I have lost the cash.

I paid almost 60.00 for a native american jacket through storenvy 3 weeks ago and I never got my order! I contacted them through there support page and they do not address my issue; There is no phone number to call and talk to anyone so that is a red flag and there customer support is worthless! I will never order from storenvy ever again and will make sure to tell everyone about my horrible experience.
I read other reviews after buying from this site and at once I was really worried, but fortunately the leather jacket I bought from a seller with many good reviews (Rangoli Collection) has arrived. I'm super happy because the shipment was really fast (even if there's Covid-19 sanitary emergency it takes only a week from Pakistan to my country, Italy) and the jacket is like the description or even better for quality and for finishing touch.
In general, my advice is to check on social media or websites if the seller can be trusted or not, BEFORE you buy anything from every e-stores.
