Lisa and Amanda were super helpful when we arrived at the suite. They were really informative and were really friendly!

Fiona was lovely and welcoming considering we only called in without an appointment. She has a wealth of knowledge about the site, homes and local areas. We’ll definitely be considering the site when we sell our property

We had a lovely experience with Jonathan Sinnott at Story Homes, Woodbridge, Preston. He was so warm, friendly and patient, explaining everything about our potential new home and the plot in great detail and with complete transparency. As first-time buyers, we really appreciated how comfortable and confident he made us feel. Huge thanks to Jonathan for his excellent customer service and for being part of such an exciting journey for us. Keep making dreams come true, one Story at a time! 🏡

We had a great experience with Fiona at Story Homes. She was very friendly, approachable and accommodating throughout, and her knowledge was excellent. She took the time to answer all our questions clearly and made us feel comfortable and well informed. Thank you, Fiona.

Amanda & Lisa were very helpful and considerate to our needs. They were both very knowledgeable about all the houses and the options that story homes offer. Above and beyond excellent sales Ladies.

Amanda and Lisa were incredibly helpful and welcoming during our visit to the Scotby Story Homes site today.

This was my second time viewing the Dawson show home, and once again, the whole experience was so warm and welcoming. Having the Dawson show home so close to where we live has been a huge help, as it has given us the opportunity to see and get a real feel for what our own home will be like when we move in January 2027.

We’re really looking forward to seeing our new home take shape, and I’ll definitely be back to show other family members what our future home will look like. Thank you again to Amanda and Lisa for making our visits such a lovely experience.

Excellent service from Amanda Blyth and Lisa Murphy

Wendy made us feel very welcome and was really helpful with all of the questions we had.

Working with fiona was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Buying a home can be stressful, but she made the entire process seamless and straightforward.

Ruby ~ is incredible at what she does. She has been absolutely outstanding. Every query has been answered with ease and she has the professional rapport with you that means everything is under control. She has gone above and beyond and made the experience for us completely seamless. Nothing is too much to ask and she has given us the time we need to ask as many questions and keep us in the loop. Ruby you are 10 out of 10 no doubt about it!

We came to see the Dawson show home which was fantastic - we’re buying a Dawson in Penrith, so it was super helpful to see the space and get a feel for the rooms! Amanda and Lisa were fabulous and encouraged us to take flooring samples into the show home to help finalise our flooring choices which was amazing. We really appreciate all your help and advice!

Really welcoming and helpful, all our questions answered and a great customer experience.

The atmosphere was amazing and it really made me feel like I was at home. I only came for a look around but now I feel like I want to buy.

Staff - Robert, Lisa & Amanda were pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They were not pushy. We were offered wine, soft drinks and cake on arrival. It was good to visit a townhouse as a show house as lots of people are interested in this style of house -smaller than usual show houses. The Dawson was finished to a high standard including solar panels and an electric car charging point.

Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable!

I was fortunate in the extreme not only to acquire a house through Story Homes but also to be allowed to deal with Amanda and Robert for the initial discussions regarding the property. Both handled these with professionalism and courtesy while maintaining a light hearted and down to earth demeanor throughout. Looking forward to the follow-up meeting and to finalising everything with Story Homes for what I hope and expect will be a smooth process throughout. Thank you Amanda, Robert and, of course, Story Homes.

We decided to consider a Story Homes house and recently put a deposit on a new Dawson at Scotby Grove..
From our 1st visit to yesterday’s open house viewing that has helped us realize the true potential in terms of decor etc while reaffirming our decision to buy,.. Cant overstate how welcoming, helpful and professional sales executive Amanda and team have been throughout.
Amanda’s been fantastic, nothings ever a bother…

We recently purchased our story home - the journey was long, but Rachel & Brooke were outstanding in every way. Keeping us informed at every stage and doing whatever they could to make this journey easier. Their warm welcome, on every visit, was always reassuring to us. They are a credit to Story Homes, and should be congratulated on their amazing customer service. Well done Brooke & Rachel. Can I add also, the site managers and workmen were also so accommodating, courteous and mindful - fantastic!!!

Amanda, Lisa and Rob are all a fabulous team and so welcoming, answering all of my questions. So glad to be able to look round a Dawson show home as this is the one I am considering.
