I took my car in for a warranty repair.
Booked in quickly for a time that suited me. Courtesy car supplied. Staff were excellent.
Collected it and the repair was 1st class.

Overall, my experience was very good, they look after car and look into everything even stuff that is not part of the job and inform you if there is anything wrong, admin stuff were welcoming and very polite, there were good selection of cakes, coffees and snacks in waiting area, but there are a few minor areas that could be improved.

Firstly, the car wash wasn’t as thorough as on previous visits. I noticed a few spots, particularly on the wheels, that hadn’t been cleaned properly.

Secondly, the loaner car provided was an Audi A5. While it was fine to drive, I personally use loaner cars as an opportunity to experience potential future vehicles. In fact, my partner and I previously purchased a car similar to one we had as a loaner because we both enjoyed it so much.

With that in mind, it could be a great business idea to provide Porsche loaner cars instead. This would not only enhance the customer experience but also potentially increase future sales by allowing customers to try out different Porsche models.

I’ve had numerous Porsches from different dealers over many years and Porsche centres and services used to be the best ,now they are just like a middle brand with top brand prices ,the cars are brilliant let down by the dealers .

Avril. without her you will be lost

On 30 June 2025, I booked an appointment online for a fault with my vehicle. I did not request any warranty work, nor did I contact Porsche in that regard. I simply called AA Recovery, who transported the car to your garage. I was later advised that the job should be handled through Porsche’s account.

Once the car was delivered, I received no communication or status updates for over 10 days. The only correspondence I received was a call instructing me to return the courtesy car, on the basis that my vehicle was not under warranty — which is incorrect. I have documented proof confirming that the car is under warranty in my name following purchase.

When I visited the garage in person due to the complete lack of updates, I was attended to by a staff member who gave me very confusing and contradictory information. I had been told earlier that a 12V battery replacement and diagnostic check would be carried out, which I was fine with — I just wanted the car repaired, regardless of warranty status.

However, during my visit, I was told that:

After the battery was replaced, the car displayed multiple faults
Porsche would not be able to fix the car
To resolve the issue, it would cost £6,000 to remove the battery, and another £6,000 to replace it
In total, I was told it would cost approximately £30,000 to get the car running again
This level of pricing is extremely concerning and lacks transparency. At no point was I given a written breakdown or explanation of these costs, nor was I informed prior to my visit that the situation had escalated to this level.

To summarise, I am requesting:

A formal investigation into why I was not contacted for over 10 days.
Clarification on the warranty status of my vehicle and why this was initially denied.
A clear, itemised explanation of the quoted costs — especially the alleged £30,000 repair estimate.
An explanation as to why Porsche Wolverhampton has refused to proceed with repair or provide alternative options.
This experience has caused considerable stress and loss of trust. I believe I have been treated unfairly, and I expect this to be addressed urgently.

Please confirm receipt of this complaint and advise me on the next steps within 5 working days.

From start to finish, Jason and Christie have made the whole sales experience easy. Great product explanations, answered all my mundane questions, with a bit of humour thrown in too! Being a few miles away from the retail store was no barrier to doing business with the guys. I am looking forward to being part of the Porsche Wolverhampton family.

Great Staff , very Efficient

I recently took my Porsche in for service and unfortunately, the experience was far from what I expected from a premium brand. While I understand that parts for these vehicles are expensive, what was more frustrating was being charged for diagnostics that were never fully completed.

Even more confusing was the explanation I received — I was told the issue was related to my tyres. If that was known early on, why proceed with diagnostics at all, let alone charge for them? It felt like a costly and avoidable process that didn’t yield any real resolution.

Overall, the service left me questioning the transparency and value of the process. For the price and reputation associated with Porsche, I expected better communication, clearer justification for costs, and a more customer-focused approach.

An Unforgettable Porsche Experience – Thank You, Porsche Wolverhampton!

From the moment I began my journey with Porsche Wolverhampton, I knew I was in for something special—but I never expected just how memorable the experience would be. The delivery and pickup of my Porsche Macan EV was handled with such professionalism and care, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Jason Webb and Kamil Koziej for making it all happen so seamlessly.

A special thank you goes to Kamil, who was nothing short of a gentleman throughout the entire handover process. His attention to detail, warmth, and genuine passion for the Porsche brand made the moment truly unforgettable. He didn’t just hand over a car—he delivered an experience. It’s clear to me now that the Porsche experience isn’t just about the incredible drive of the Macan, but also about the people who represent the brand with such pride and enthusiasm..

To say I’m hooked is an understatement. The only downside? The sleepless nights caused by the sheer anticipation and excitement leading up to collection day! Oh and I am slightly poorer....

During my service appointment on June 2024, I specifically requested twice that my car not be washed. Despite this, it was washed, and since then, the paint has sustained noticeable swirl marks. I was taken to the detailing booth by Mike, the service manager, along with a “detailer” who claimed that scratches are inevitable every time a car is washed. This is simply untrue, as I have been washing the car myself without any such issues.

What followed was a heated and patronising exchange in which I was repeatedly told I was wrong. I eventually asked for my car to be removed from the booth so I could leave. As Mike exited the vehicle, he remarked, “You can only see the swirls in the sun—we don’t get much sun in this country,” which I found dismissive and insulting, especially after spending £1,500 on a service at Porsche.

Mike also asked what I did for a living, which felt inappropriate and as though he was assessing whether I was seeking a goodwill gesture.

June 2025, I renewed my extended warranty for £880. When asked if I had any questions, I expressed my ongoing frustration about the paint damage and the dealership’s conclusion that no action would be taken—again citing the lack of sunlight in the UK as justification. This response felt particularly disappointing given the premium nature of the Porsche brand, which should reflect a high standard of care and customer experience.

I asked Avril whether the paint could be corrected through polishing. She suggested I speak with Mike, which I declined due to his previous behaviour, which I found rude, argumentative, and condescending.

Avril later called to inform me that Mike had offered nothing more than another car wash—despite knowing full well that this would not address the paint damage.

This entire experience has left me extremely dissatisfied. Every visit to Porsche Wolverhampton now feels tainted.

For a brand that markets itself as a luxury experience, the service I’ve received has felt more like that of a budget operation—unwilling to take responsibility or provide meaningful resolutions.
