Having only had the sofa for 6 days the leather is all wrinkled. I Have contact furniture shop where I bought this sofa they stated that this was normal. I do not agree after only 6 days use in a single person home. Further action will be taken. Photos available.

My chair is exactly what I hoped for. I'm very happy with it.

From visiting Potburys to order to accepting delivery the process was smooth. We have tried various makes of chair over the years none come close to Stressless for comfort the previous ones we had were 16 years old and starting to show their age

Bought a 3 seater & 2 seater Buckingham leather stressless sofa from Arthur Llewelyn Jenkins about 7 years ago had problems with seats sinking in first few months, which were renewed. Now have 5 seats that you have to put cushions on because they have all sunk eventually found one of there repair companies in England to replace them at a cost of £250 + for each seat last year. We were originally told they would last a lifetime with the guarantee. Now find it’s only a 1 year guarantee never worth the money there are only 2 of us so not overused. They are now so uncomfortable having to go out and buy new settee’s

Sales staff and delivery drivers went above and beyond. The chairs are great and so comfortable. So easy to recline also, just lie back and the chairs go with you.

Issue re two chairs ordered but only one initially made available for delivery. No big deal in the scheme of things just not very efficient.

We spent a long time deliberating with the assistance of the deputy store manager which products to purchase and we have certainly not been disappointed. Certainly a great product.

For the first2 years excellent, expensive compared to other brands but worth the money. Then from year 3 the leather started to crack and discolour very quickly and not due to lack of maintenance . Then we started having issues with the head rest that became difficult to adjust, followed by the foam sinking quite badly. Currently the head rest will not now adjust down, the frame in the back of the chair has obviously collapsed or broken. The chair is now rarely used as it is so uncomfortable and frankly it looks woeful. The company engineer visited recently to assess the chair, his view the chair is representative of its age? Really, a 2k chair unusable after 6 years of use, and frankly the 10 year frame warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s written on. Anyone thinking of buying this quality product, do yourself a favour buy a cheaper brand and replace it after 10 years.

It is a lovely chair, however, delivery was a disgrace and not reflective of the cost if the item. It arrived in a white hire van and was carried in to the house without any protective packaging, navigating a few walls and doors on the way. Risky strategy! It was then placed in the alloted room and the men left. No set up instruction or adjustment for my needs. I would have expected a more personal service after paying £2,500 for the chair.

I ordered through HSL as that was the only chair I could find that suited my tall frame and that I liked. Very easy to order and the chair arrived in good time. Delivery was a one man operation (HSL) whereas I was told it would be two, so I helped bring it in. I wanted to see samples of the leather before ordering and needed to see quite a few colours but I was only allowed to order 5 on the Stressless website. I made 2 or 3 orders. The chair itself looks good but it's a birthday present so it's sitting under a plastic bag at the moment!

Prompt helpful response to query regarding the warranty registration procedure(in writing).And assistance offered to resolve any issues.

Extremely comfortable. The ease of movement is great...don't have to work hard.

Sofa arrived with a faulty switch. One week later replacement switch was delivered through the post. Then given a date of over 3 weeks to be fitted. Lovely suite but terrible service. I shouldn't have to wait so long for a brand new sofa to be fixed.

The chair is first class.the back and arms are very comfortable but the seat leaves a lot to be desired, very hard and quite uncomfortable.the leather covering is beautifully done and looks very classy in the lounge

Buyers should be aware that, if they buy Gardsman protection insurance, this should be done at the time of order. It was difficult to buy it a few days after our order, although the lady I spoke to at head office was very helpful and sorted it out.
