Great experience with Tom Parsons
Tom Parsons deserves the highest praise as a real estate agent, especially since he was actually not our agent, but the sellers’! It was our first time purchasing property in the UK, so we were largely unfamiliar with the process. After narrowly missing disaster with another real estate agency (which tried to extort extravagant fees from us without having even presented us with a contract!!) we realized that, as buyers, we would be better off not having a real estate agent of our own. So we had to rely on our sellers’ agent, Tom. We honestly couldn’t have been more pleased with him if we had hired him ourselves. He was extremely professional, responsive, helpful, fair, and knowledgeable. Every step of the way, he thoughtfully considered all the possible factors and made the decision that optimized the outcome for everyone. He put extra time and effort into making sure everyone was informed, and in doing so fostered complete trust on both sides. Thanks to him, the process went over smoothly and with as little stress as possible. We highly recommend him, and will definitely seek him out for any future real estate transactions in London.
