I ordered quite a big order a while back. It appears the company have taken the money but not delivered the goods.

Their website is now down, no response

3 emails and 1 Instagram message and still no reply from them. Order placed on the 14th June, still no products or communication. Would appear they have gone into liquidation. DO NOT BUY!!

I have attached the email I sent to them, which literally says it all. Please note their website says that deliveries within the UK take 2-4 working days and I placed my order on the 1st of June:

Hi, it has now been a month since I placed my order and it still hasn't even been shipped. You haven't even bothered responding to any of my emails, not even to confirm that the order will be sent out. This is unacceptable and to me it looks like a scam.

I need a refund for my money and since the order has not been shipped yet, I don't want it anymore.

If this is not sorted out, I will deal with this as if it is a scam and act accordingly. I expect a response as soon as possible.

I’ve ordered a few times from this company and usually have a great experience, but this last order I’ve placed with them has led to an awful experience.
I paid for an order on the 3rd of this month and had the confirmation.
Weeks later I am still waiting to hear from them, I’ve emailed the company twice and been ignored, followed by a 3rd email to their “Sophie” character, who is also ignoring me.
I tried to call their contact number on their website which gets a message that the number is invalid.

All in all, a terrible experience for the customer, which is a shame as I’d just discovered my signature scent through them, and now myself and my girlfriend are both disappointed since it’s run out and suave are withholding my order despite taking my money.

A company is known by its customer service.
There seems to be none existent with this company despite showing them a photo of the damaged bottle arrive with glass shattered and dangerous. Instead of sending me a new one their response was we will send it with your next order.
No thanks I will not be ordering from a cheap company like yours thanks.

Delivery was quick. Such a wonderful scent. Stays on my clothes and everyone is always asking me what am I wearing. Don't think I'll be buying high street perfumes anytime soon. Highly recommended.

Great product, can’t believe how accurate the smell is and how long the scent lasts. Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed with your purchase I can guarantee that.

Synthetic. Poor quality.
The roller ball doesn’t dispense the product.
One smelt like a car deodoriser.
Quite disillusioned. tried to organise a return and refund, but my circumstances mean that I don’t have time to wrap and get to the post office. I found that it is made complicated. They do offer a refund, they even offer that they will refund you minus a set amount if you don’t like the product. However, this has not happened and I won’t be purchasing again and nor do I recommend this product sadly.
Overall I’m disappointed. I took a leap of faith and spent over £56. Perhaps I received a bad batch, but every single one of the bottles smelt unappealing.
One bottle was smashed. 😩

I bought that 12 ml bottle and 5 ml. When the parcel was delivered, the small bottle had broken, and the 12 ml bottle for me smelled like soap. It should be similar to La via last Belle, but it was not identical. I am disappointed and emailing them. After a few days, I received an email from Sophie, and she will be processed the refund. I appreciate that, as I thought they would ignore me. When I try a new sample, I will see if I change my mind and if the smell will be ok. Thank you for your response.

I received the product, it does not last at all, I decided to write to them, i got as an answer from Sophie (one of the owners at Suave) that they produced and sent to me a “not so good batch” therefore it does not last, so basically they ve send it to me something they are acknowledged it is not good quality, the attitude was very disrespectful and i was charged £13, and the rest of the refund i still dont have it. I got fooled by the good reviews but as i was offered, the company offers £25 voucher for any positive reviews therefore i can explain now why they ve good the reviews. I wish i would never purchase anything from this company as the quality and the customer service are despicable

It was great because I got 3 cheap bottles of perfumes that had the same smell as the way more expensive fragrances. I have not felt prouder about a deal like this in a long time.

I bought a perfume secret tree from this website and it is just amazing it is a very long lasting scent and good price for the amount you get definitely worth a try.

I received two of these as a gift and had to buy some more myself. Really long lasting scent and does not leave marks on clothes.
