TASTLESS food, RACIST & ABUSIVE owner.
The nastiest restaurant I have been to which serves tasteless and unpalatable food. Owner used abusive and discriminatory language to us saying “This is not the place for your kind…” Bearing in mind that we are Black customers, the owners disdain is clear. Similar to what others have said about the chicken bolognaise, it is flavourless and not palatable. My elderly Mum had just left from hospital with a suspected heart attack and she couldn’t eat the tasteless chicken bolognaise. She asked to change it to a jacket potato & we were approached by a very angry, aggressive and extremely unpleasant owner, who berated my elderly Mum. She scolded her saying her restaurant made the best meals and would not be replacing any meal. She then walked away before I could even respond. Bearing in mind that I already paid for our meals, I had to follow her to the till to remind her that we had already been charged for our meals and did she expect my mum to go hungry while I ate. She then flew into a rage and had a complete meltdown in the middle of the busy restaurant. She became verbal abusive hurling insults at us saying “this is not the place for your kind. Go eat elsewhere.”This is the most disgusting restaurant I have ever been to and wins the title for the World’s rudest and aggressive manager.
