Absolutely diabolical site - AVOID and don’t waste your money, got to say when I joined I was enjoying as the slots it was paying fairly for return but being on the site after a month they just take everything they can, £150 spent on a few different slots over the past couple of days and got nothing total joke!!! New goonies game won’t even trigger the bonus no matter what you put in, played Fishin frenzy bigger catch won the bonus 4 times and got nothing- that’s 40 spins and no collects absolutely disgusting they reel you in just to then take the p**s the site needs to be taken down!!!!! Disgusting

I’ve had £114 taken from my account over 3 payments to Sun Bingo. I hadn’t played or deposited for 1 month. I went to transactions which shows I hadn’t deposited for a month and amounts were different.
I telephoned Bank who confirmed it was Sun Bingo who took the money. I then emailed Sun Bingo (support@sunbingo…..) 5 times and no reply. I went through live chat and person eventually stated what I knew which was I hadn’t deposited for a month, he then rather suspiciously kept asking me if someone else could have used my account - No, and it would show up on your Transactions. I asked to be given details of how contact Compliance, but he kept refusing. I explained it’s a financial issue and I have concerns with customer support, it’s a compliance matter. Nope, he kept giving me support email, the one where no one replies. So, already suspicious of Support, I’ve had to email them my Bank Statements when all he had to do was speak to Finance. So yet again I await a reply which will never come. It’s a regulatory matter now so SunBingo have to go through that process as do I, you really couldn’t make it up. All I can say is someone at SunBingo has taken £114 out of my account, so please treble check all statements if you use them.

Awful awful awful. Don’t bother using this site. Take your money, don’t credit it to your account, take FOREVER to respond to support requests then claim they can see no issue even when presented with documentary evidence. Customer service (ha ha - they can only dream) are not UK based and have no idea about the time of day here. Completely unhelpful and avoid requests for complaint procedure - can’t think why. Am going via my bank to get my money back since this thieving lot won’t play fair.

Takes a lot for me to take the time to come online and write a review but I really feel this one is necessary... just stay away is my best advice to anyone thinking of joining. Treats their customers terrible, will add a deposit offer to your inbox just after you have already done it and played so they aren't valid unless you deposit and wager again. I personally think there is something wrong with the games, never had a scatters on any game land in yet. Actually eats your money tbh, I have been around a few sites in my time and never usually end up feeling disgusted and robbed, a bit of fun even while losing would be a step up.! Bad site.

Not a bad site you win some you loose some I've had good wins and have also had losses but it should be fun.

Re-opened my account after a self exclusion period so sorry I did. Deposited 10 over a week and had a 20p win in all of it. Same names keep winning on the free bingo which are limited tickets. The Free Wheel was not accessible neither were the free scratchcards. Do not use this site it's just takes customers money

Shocking site, don't use at all, so I was playing a cash and hold them game, had 3 red coins, which meant it held, which also meant i needed 2 more to get onto the bonus board, took another 20 spins to get them and then guess what, won £10 back, so I was down. Another time, I got the bonus board, and got a treasure chest which could win 1 to 20 times, I was £40 down at the time, it adds them all up got to £8.50 and again it gave me one so i won £20 in total,

After that I decided against keeping on and will be asking for my account to be closed.

Love this site players are lovely and host are the best very down to earth which is great because you can relate to them . I don't get as many wins now but love playing this is by far the best bingo site .

Joined using a joint offer, deposit £10 get 100 free spins & £50 bingo bonus when you wager £10 on bingo. Played my 100 free spins, then played my £10 credit on bingo winning 50p and £1.50. Played that on slots. No £50 bonus loaded, contacted customer service to be told I haven’t wagered £10 on bingo. Tried again to contact them with the details of what I’d played and when to be told I’d only wagered £9.60. Well unless I deposited £9.60 there’s no way I only wagered that amount. Had to deposit another £10 to play 40p on bingo to get the bonus. But then can’t draw the remaining without losing the bonus. It’s an absolute con to make new joiners load extra money to qualify for a bonus they’ve already qualified for…

I set up an account, they instantly ‘self-exluded’ me to give me ‘enough time to cease gambling’, according to their email. I don’t need to cease gambling, I’m well capable of gambling within my limits. It’s no loss to me, plenty of other sites I can use, but rather an odd way to attract customers. I signed up for sun bingo (3/4) and deposited £10, played the bonus spins, bingo and managed to win £20, I withdrew the 20 and got the pending process message and everything was fine.... until I got an email from them at around 6 o'clock this morning asking for photo ID with my billing address, photo, signature etc, I don't own a passport or a driving license so I obviously won't get my money! Why didn't they put this information on when i was signing up for it? Why did it let me spend my money and not mention the ID blah blah until I wanted to withdraw my winnings? How much have they made off people by doing this? It's an absolute disgrace!!!

I've played on sun bingo for years and it used to be ok but since they changed it a couple of months ago it's rubbish. You don't win anymore and it looks worse than it did. The app is better but doesn't work very well but seems more like it used to be. I honestly believe that the new look and overall the new sun bingo is just a scam

This site is all take and no give. They only seem to give bonus games on low stakes. If you put your stake up you don't seem to win everything. When you get a spin on the daily wheel, most of the time you get entry to the bingo game that is at 10pm. That's no good for people that have to be up early for work.

I recently opened an account with them. Deposite 10 pounds and I withdrew about 300 pounds in total in different days. At some point I couldn't get in to my account. I emailed them and they told me the account will stay closed. They definitely dont like someone that wins, not even when the total winnings are as low as 300 pounds. You definitely have to avoid wsting your tome with them, Unless you like to lose and have no expectations of winning. Legal scammers.
