I found Natalie through various FB coeliac groups and, having struggled to do my own cruise booking, asked for her help in January. She rang to get more detail then looked around for what suited. Needless to say we have just come back from a fabulous (holiday of a lifetime) cruise which catered fantastically for my coeliac daughter and just all of us in general. Knowing Natalie has a vast experience of GF travel really helped. She also booked our night before hotel and parking in Southampton which was also spot on. I haven't used a travel agent in years, but I can certainly see the benefits here.

Good advice and options given our parameters for the holiday. Several options tabled. On receiving the options for our holiday we were also able to ask advice and check feedback. Reference the booking all done with no hassle hotel/ flights and dietary needs ( one person was gluten free ) so it put us at ease with the holiday.

The breakfast had plenty of gluten-free options, including bread and pastries, and all of the buffet food was clearly labelled, which made eating stress-free throughout our stay.

From the very beginning, Natalie was incredibly responsive, always replying to emails quickly and being available whenever we needed information or reassurance. The holiday itself was absolutely perfect. One of our biggest priorities when travelling is finding accommodation that can safely cater for allergies. Two members of our family have coeliac disease, and our son is also allergic to dairy, egg and soy, so this is a major consideration for us when booking a holiday. Natalie carefully selected a hotel that was exceptionally allergy-aware and catered for us better than anywhere we’ve stayed before.

Knowing that our dietary requirements were understood and accommodated allowed my husband and me to truly relax at mealtimes, which is something we rarely get to do when travelling. That peace of mind was invaluable and made such a difference to our holiday experience.
