I ordered a shirt that was supposed to have a large print on the front and the back of the tee shirt. Instead, I received a cheap, screen-printed design on only one side - didn't look anything like the item on the website. The only good news is that is was at least a licensed tee instead of a knock-off Gildan shirt with a print. Still a disappointment, avoid this store and save your money!

Bought a backpack for my husband for Christmas and because I bought it early it didn't fall into the 30 day mark for returns when he opened it. He went to use it and there was a huge year in the top, tag was still on and everything. I reached out to them and they still wouldn't help even though that's a faulty product and I've had Walmart bags at a cheaper price last a whole school year. Customer service was zero help and these products are garbage so don't purchase from them.

Had problems from the start with this order, with an item that I bought not being avaliable, even though it was displayed at the site, the only options given to me was to chose other product or saving the ammount for future orders. After of two months of not receiving my order and no tracking information, I contacted support to check what was going on, got a very rude response that there was nothing they could do because I have chosen a shipping method that lost a lot of packages, so I was to blame for that and there was a checkbox that I've checked, something I have no recolection of. Making a test purchase to check that the Checkbox is automatically checked. So I basically got scammed out of my money and never received my product and the only response I for that was we're sorry you feel this way. So I dont think that's something that a trusting company would do, if something has a proven record of missing packages you don't offer that to your customer, instead they choose to put the burden on the client itself, in my country that is ilegal, but that's what you get when ordering from the land of the free.

Low quality items and if you want to make a return, you have to pay for shipping. Be aware.

I ordered a shirt for my nephew and the site autofilled in my address which didn't include my site number so it got sent back and when I called costumer service was rude and they charged me for it being returned,even though it wasn't my fault. This is a terrible company. Do not buy from them!

I ordered a T-shirt and Pajama Pants set from this website and instead all I got was a children's book, when I told them about it they said that they were skeptical because they didn't sell that kind of item, I then kept trying to get in touch with customer service and they wouldn't answer,they just kept me on hold.

If I could give them minus stars, I would. After sucking up the American exchange rate, I was charge and additional $50 in import fees to CANADA. Additional fees that were not indicated on their website nor that I have ever experienced when buying from an American company. To add insult to injury, over half these fees were due to their bad standing with FexEx and had nothing to do with duty and taxes! When I contacted customer service they lied and said it was stated on their site and they offered no compensation. To speak nothing of the quality of the actual products. What were meant to be inexpensive, fun stocking stuffers became overpriced, cheaply made trinkets. DO NOT buy from this site.

They say they ship out next business day but not true at all they actually just print the label. Bought something that was in stock supposedly but yet they hav’t even shipped it a week later.

I bought a hoodie from this online store a while ago, and I was very happy with the quality. What I was not happy with was the misinformation on the description of the product on the website. Having said the Hoodie is made out of cotton, when on the label it says part polyester and part cotton. I emailed this online store to correctly label their merch in future, and I had no response. They don't care. They need to change their attitude and their product marketing, then I will consider buying from them again.

This is my go to place for t-shirts, even living in England and having to wait for items coming over, and then normally attracting import charges, I don't think I've ever waited more than 15 days for a delivery, and that's using their cheapest shipping option. Their range is amazing, they have characters you just don't see on clothing anywhere else, yes it may be a bit more expensive for certain items than some other places, but the quality you receive is more than worth it. Customer service are always friendly and helpful.

The site itself is well designed, the navigation tools and user interface are easy to use and make finding what you're looking for simple enough.
Prices seem to be pretty on mark with major retailers, and their merchandise was legitimate and excellent quality, at least with my purchase.
I like many others requested expedited shipping and waited for a week before calling them directly, where I was met with loud hold music, only to be greeted by an energetic, friendly, and patient customer service rep. Who got on my issue within one business day, and called me back to make sure my needs were met. I had a similar issue, and called again where someone flat out said they are dealing with the shipping issue and had it taken care of, again within 24 hours.
These guys are great, despite the obvious shipping hang up, and even secured a low stock product so I could get my items. I did have to call and follow up, but they were professional and personable every time.
Just fix the shipping. Highly recommending.

Overseas buyer, waited two months for shipment of order. I was told that not all items I ordered were in stock. I am now seeking a full refund.

Though they have great selection. I ordered a sweater on the 11th for a movie at the end of the month, it is now the end of the month after the movie.... Tracked order.... Still hasn't shipped.... Worst site ever, do not recommend.

I agree with Ernieg. I ordered something on the 30th with two day shipping. That means the second or even the third. Got an email saying it will be delivered the 5th. Since I know how to count that is not two day. “Customer service” blames UPS. Stay away and just shop Amazon who honors dates and refunds.
